Position Overview: The Director, Sales Operations is hands-on, driving revenue growth and global sales team productivity by optimizing processes, systems, applications, tools and data analytics. They manage CRM systems, forecasting, territory design, and reporting while collaborating with sales leadership to implement strategic initiatives and improve team efficiency.
Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer
Location: Remote (U.S.)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and enhance the end-to-end sales process to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability (This includes defining and implementing a renewal process).
  • Technology & CRM Management: Oversee the sales tech stack (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data integrity, system adoption, and integration of new tools.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Develop dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and rep performance, providing actionable insights for leadership.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Own the sales forecasting process, territory planning and, in partnership with finance, quota setting and commission structure.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on sales onboarding, training, lead management and sales compensation plans. This includes overall management of the annual sales conference.
  • Team Management: Organize, guide, and support employees to achieve shared goals efficiently. Mentor for professional growth.
Required experience/qualifications:
  • Experience: Demonstrated progressive experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or CRM management.
  • Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems and data visualization tools. Experience leveraging modern tools and automation, with a strong orientation toward AI-driven workflows and efficiency.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop strategic, data-driven recommendations.
  • Leadership: Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills. Key stakeholders include the sales and marketing leadership team, finance, customer success, MIS, and product management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

  • Occasional travel to company offices (NY, Israel, PA), industry conferences, annual Sales Kick-Off required
