Job Purpose

The Marketing Operations Specialist, Email & Campaign Production role supports the execution of campaign requests across Tungsten Automation’s global marketing organization, with a primary focus on email and campaign production responsibilities. This role serves as a key execution partner for email builds, forms, audience segmentation, list uploads, campaign quality assurance, and request fulfillment for internal business partners.

The role will also support broader marketing operations activities such as tech stack audits, lead routing checks, data hygiene, process documentation, platform clean-up, and operational improvements. This is a hands-on production role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their skills in marketing automation, campaign execution, QA, and AI-enabled ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and manage assigned campaign production and marketing operations requests through the intake or project management system, confirming requirements, timelines, assets, audience details, and approvals before work begins.
  • Build and update campaign components in our marketing automation platform (currently Eloqua), including emails, forms, audience segments, shared lists, merge fields, dynamic content, footers, signatures, and related production assets.
  • Upload, validate, and manage contact lists in accordance with data quality, consent, suppression, and privacy standards.
  • Execute email and campaign production tasks based on approved templates, brand standards, operational processes, and campaign requirements.
  • Complete pre-launch quality assurance checks, including links, tracking, personalization, rendering, audience selection, forms, field values, suppression logic, and campaign setup.
  • Support campaign-related data flow checks, including form submissions, lead routing, Salesforce sync, and follow-up readiness.
  • Document issues, blockers, missing information, or inconsistencies clearly and work with internal business partners or marketing operations team members to resolve them before launch.
  • Support broader marketing operations activities such as tech stack audits, data hygiene, platform clean-up, process documentation, and operational improvements.
  • Use approved AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, documentation, QA, and routine production tasks while following company AI, privacy, and security standards.

While the job description describes what is anticipated as the requirements of the position, the job requirements are subject to change based upon any changing needs and requirements of the business.
