As Product Manager – Country Compliance, you will report to the Director, Country Compliance in Product Strategy, and will understand the challenges our Invoice Automation customers face. You will work with the Product Strategy Leadership team to drive the commercial success of the Tungsten Automation Invoice Automation products. You are a proactive, demonstrate leadership and drive cross-functional efforts to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- This role will be a collaborator within the Product Strategy team supporting successful Country Compliance product launches and other GTM activities
- Use strong storytelling, data visualization and presentation skills to reflect the Country Compliance product strategy and performance in recurring meetings and forums
- Be the liaison between leadership, Product, and Cloud organizations, conveying and ensuring successful communication and implementation of critical initiatives
- Gather, synthesize and deliver customer and market feedback to provide clear recommendations to the Product Strategy leadership to drive strategic roadmap decisions, aligned with company strategy.
- Support customer/partner facing efforts, (such as calls and presentations) providing thought leadership and expertise
- Identification of unmet customer needs to drive innovation and differentiation
- With product marketing, develop clear, consistent, and compelling value propositions and messaging that differentiates the Country Compliance products from the competition.
- Evaluate current invoicing practices, identify areas for improvement, and implement efficient e-invoicing solutions.
- Develop functional specifications and system requirements for e-invoicing platforms.
- Conduct market research on e-invoicing regulations and compliance standards across different regions, advising the team on relevant updates and changes.
- Ability to set clear timeline expectations with external resources, such as partners, whom provide key market information and data to ensure these data points can be used in any market analysis provided to the Product Strategy leadership team.
- Ability to manage end to end strategic analysis process including country priority and roadmap recommendations, (financial) rationale and go to market proposal
- Utilize AI-enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, documentation automation, analytics assistants) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards
- Good understanding of and passion Tungsten Automation Invoice Automation
- General market knowledge and understanding of or curiosity for how marco-economic drivers and country-specific circumstances create opportunities for TA

The successful candidate will possess exceptional analytical and communication skills, demonstrated success managing a diverse set of technologies and solutions, ideally at B2B software/SaaS companies and a preference for fast-paced, dynamic working environments.

Required Experience
- 3- 5 years of software product management / strategy for an enterprise software company
- 7 – 10 years of product experience in enterprise software around Finance and Accounting, digital automation, or other high growth enterprise software segments
- Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
- Preferred candidate will be a collaborator who drive agendas across sales, services and product functions
- A team player with extremely well-developed communication skills; a hard worker, flexible and creative in accomplishing assignments, and a person of the highest personal integrity.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation, storytelling and computer skills
- Experience working in a b2b sales driven organization
- Experience with modern enterprise SaaS product portfolio
- Ability to travel as needed
- Skills in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality
- Ability to AI to ideate, develop and scale to the needs of the department
