The Enablement Program Manager is responsible for developing, launching and maintaining programs, training offerings and tools that support the enablement needs of all customer-facing Tungsten Automation employees (and approved partners) around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams across Tungsten Automation to create strategic enablement programs and effective training offerings that align directly with the achievement of strategic corporate objectives
- Develop and lead the successful execution of Sales Enablement plans, and supporting programs, in conjunction with regional Sales leadership, Product Marketing, Field & Channel Marketing, Presales, Channel Sales & Strategic Alliances
- Work directly with Product Marketing and Industry Marketing to help identify and establish comprehensive enablement programs that support the launch of important product releases and new line of business solutions
- Ensure Sales Enablement programs are understood and well-received by target constituents
- For each sales enablement program and/or initiative, work with the cross-functional team to determine the best content development strategy and sales-specific education and training
- Provide programs and services to ramp Sales new hires to productivity in under nine months and supports and mentors those new hires throughout their onboarding process
- Determine opportunities for improving the sales learning experience, and identify innovative techniques for delivery and consumption
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of Sales Enablement investments and the programs conducted
- Respond to internal Sales Enablement requests and ensure all circumstances and requirements are considered when making recommendations for new projects that impact business systems, processes, procedures and policies
- Establish an effective methodology to capture, analyze and prioritize new requests for changes to systems, processes and policies
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned
- Utilize AI-enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, document automation, analytics assistants) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards

Required Experience
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- 5+ years of experience designing, selling, or demonstrating enterprise technical solutions, with a focus on AP, AR, and Payments automation.
- Expertise in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payments automation, including e-Invoicing, tax determination, and compliance with country-specific mandates.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft) and their integration with automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML solutions, including Agentic AI, MCP, Knowledge Graph, and Intelligent Knowledge Discovery and Search.
- Proficiency in modern development tools (e.g., Python, JavaScript, CSS/HTML/XML, C#/.NET).
- Deep knowledge of system architecture, cloud architecture, and integration for enterprise solutions.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for senior business audiences.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to lead discovery sessions and align solutions to customer needs.
- Experience creating and delivering tailored product demonstrations to diverse enterprise personas.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Track record of leading complex sales or implementations ($1M+).
- Experience with global compliance mandates, including e-Invoicing and tax regulations.
- Proven ability to architect automation solutions at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Skills in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality.
- Ability to leverage AI to ideate, develop, and scale to the needs of their department.

The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $100,000 - $158,000. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
