We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong integration and architectural expertise to join our team. This role requires advanced technical skills, deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, and the ability to design and implement complex integrations in a multi-system environment. The ideal candidate combines business process knowledge with technical acumen, ensuring scalable and secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and develop Salesforce solutions leveraging Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
· Architect and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
· Define and enforce Salesforce development best practices, including coding standards, security, and performance optimization.
· Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust architectural designs.
· Stay current with Salesforce releases and proactively recommend enhancements to leverage new features.
· Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure quality and compliance.
· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across integrated systems.
· Utilizes AI-enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, document automation, analytics assistants) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards.
Required Skills
Required
· 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, including integration and architecture design.
· Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
· Expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security frameworks.
· Hands-on experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) and middleware platforms.
· Familiarity with Salesforce release cycles and ability to implement new features effectively.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a complex enterprise environment.
· Skills in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality
· Ability to leverage AI to ideate, develop, and scale to the needs of their department
Preferred
· Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Integration Architect, Application Architect).
· Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices.
· Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and API management.
· Strong communication and leadership skills.
· Advanced knowledge in Salesforce CPQ and understanding of RCA
