Responsible for creating and revising Inbound mapping profiles on the Tungsten Network system based on Customer specifications and requirements.

Collaborate with the Implementation and Technical Support team to deliver a complete solution which includes analyzing, mapping, testing, and deploying Inbound Map profiles within defined timescales.

Responsibility

  • Elicit customer requirements and translate them into functional, data mapping, data transformation requirements and interface specifications
  • Liaise with internal departments such as Implementation and Technical Support teams to ensure developed client profiles are accurate and complete
  • Create new inbound client profiles, using ETL tools, according to the ERP system specification provided by the Customer
  • Update and rework client’s Inbound mapping profile because of changes in business requirements
  • Provide second-line technical support for issues involving client profile
  • Test Perl script processors
  • Create and update XPath scripts
  • Setting up Customer configuration using SQL in Oracle Database
  • Report any technical, fiscal, or other concerns in a timely manner
  • Conduct functional and technical analysis
  • Perform migration mapping, transformation design and implementation using ETL tools
  • Utilizes AI-enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, document automation, analytics assistants) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards

Required Experience

Education

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or equivalent

Experience

  • Knowledge of invoicing or accounting ERP systems would be an advantage
  • Knowledge in accounts receivable or finance would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of file types like XML, CSV, EDI, IDOC
  • Knowledge in SQL
  • Knowledge in Perl scripting would be an advantage.
  • Object Oriented Programming (OOP), X-Path & XSLT background would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of ETL process would be an advantage

The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $117,000 - $143,000. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
