Project /Practice Management

· Lead large-scale projects or manage multiple smaller projects with precision and agility.

· Drive continuous improvement within the PMO/project lifecycle, optimizing how we deliver success.

· Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and business partner satisfaction.

· Manage risks, quality plans, and resources to ensure seamless project delivery.

· Follows established “Solution Delivery Life Cycle” for the Project Management Office

· Identifies resources needed and works with team to assign appropriate resources.

· Manage timeline, milestones, and status reporting to leadership.

· Manage budget, risks, and forecasting.

· Effective at “managing up”; knowing how to “read a room” and making sure everyone is aligned on the strategy and decisions.

· Comfortable working with ambiguity.

· Drives decisions, removes risks, and leads the team and the project.


Required Skills

Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and engage stakeholders. Proficiency in MS 365 Suite, MS Project, Monday, Azure DevOps or similar PM tools.

Required Experience

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 3+ years of IT project management experience. Advanced certifications (e.g., PMI, Agile) are a plus.
