- Helps to maintain seamless communication and quote to cash process flows between Order Fulfillment (OF) and other departments such as IT, TS, Sales, Sales Support, Renewals, Products etc.
- Project coordinator for Order Fulfillment, working closely with the OF management team
- Managing projects such as task automation, coordination of support tickets with IT etc.
- Provides regular, structured updates to OF Management on project status, operational issues, risks and opportunities that may impact OF processes.
- Prepares reports, presentations and dashboards to keep OF management informed and enable data-drive decision-making
- Acts as trusted-advisor to the OF management team to proactively identify potential challenges and proposing solutions
- Supports Order Fulfillment internal users to review Order & Fulfillment Plans
- Reviews the impact of operational impact on new or changing product introductions and helps to identify risks, required documentation (updates) and communication/training required for the teams in coordination with OF management
- Reviews that new products do not break existing workflows, fulfillment or billing requirements
- Designs and executes operational testing plans
- Runs operational UATs (User Acceptance Tests) including but not exclusive to product launch UAT
- Ensures OF cross-functional readiness for systems, training, SOPs
- Creates or updates SOPs and training materials for operational teams
- Focused entirely on "Is the org ready?”
- Validates that people, processes, and systems are aligned before/during/after a product launch
- Collaborates with product managers to influence design decisions that affect Operations
- Owns post-launch monitoring for operational issues or process gaps
Required Skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, collaboration, problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adjust to changing business requirements
- Ability to adapt to different cultures and communication styles
Required Experience
- Brings extensive knowledge of order fulfillment, licensing, billing & new product launch/introduction processes
- Is able to learn quickly company specific processes related to the same
- Brings extensive experience in project management and product launch processes
- Has a proven record of cross-functional collaboration and process improvement experience
- Experience with ERP, CRM and project management systems, ideally familiar with NetSuite and Salesforce
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute test plans for process and system changes
- Experience in managing change, including process updates and system implementation
Other Requirements:
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required
- Working from 11:00am to 7:30pm EMEA time (break included) to ensure seamless communication flows with the various US teams
