ABOUT THE ROLE

The Partner Channel Enablement Specialist is the primary resource dedicated to empowering the SOVOS organization to successfully sell and support Tungsten Automation's Invoice Agility and Total Agility product suite. This role leverages deep technical expertise and partner enablement experience to deliver impactful training, develop core enablement content, and support joint partner events and summits. Partner Channel Enablement Specialists require close collaboration with SOVOS counterparts, the Tungsten Automation Partner Organization, and the Tungsten Automation Product Team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for SOVOS teams, ensuring deep understanding of Tungsten's Invoice Agility and Total Agility offerings and value propositions
  • Create, maintain, and update enablement materials—including presentations, playbooks, FAQs, and technical guides—tailored to the needs of SOVOS sales and technical and support teams
  • Plan and execute enablement sessions at partner events, summits, and workshops, representing Tungsten Automation and driving engagement
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing pre-sales technical support, objection handling, and solution positioning to help SOVOS close deals involving Tungsten products
  • Serve as the bridge between SOVOS, Tungsten Automation's Partner Organization, and the Product Team to ensure alignment on strategy, messaging, and product updates
  • Gather feedback from SOVOS and internal teams to continuously improve enablement programs and product positioning

Required Experience

  • Demonstrated mastery of Tungsten Automation's product suite, with ability to articulate technical and business value to diverse audiences
  • 5+ years in partner enablement, channel management, or sales enablement roles within the software or automation industry
  • Strong technical background with ability to translate complex product features into clear, actionable insights for partner teams
  • Proven track record supporting sales teams in competitive, solution-oriented environments
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with experience working cross-functionally and across organizations
  • Experience developing high-quality enablement content and delivering engaging training sessions
  • Experience working with or within SOVOS or similar tax compliance and automation organizations preferred
  • Familiarity with financial process automation, RPA, and digital transformation solutions preferred
  • Ability to travel for partner events and summits as needed
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to long-term success

The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $109,251 - $153,999. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
