The Web Marketing Specialist will build, maintain, and enhance Tungsten Automation’s corporate marketing site. You’ll partner with marketers and developers to amplify Tungsten’s recent rebrand, drive digital experience, drive high-quality leads, convert prospects into clients, and accelerate online event registrations. The team plans and owns production work related to site integrations into a cohesive TungstenAutomation.com.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Web Design
• Define, design and build custom landing pages based on internal client requirements
• Build asset library of product and stock imagery that aligns with the new brand identity
• Aid in building out the web design system to ensure brand consistency

2. Web Content Authoring
• Launch new pages by translating content into the corresponding templates
• Rework existing pages into the new design system

3. Web Development
• Propose both visual and technical enhancements to the CMS then review and revise page builds as new components are created
• Assist validating Sitecore enhancements prior to deployment

4. Web Strategy
• Collaborate with stakeholders in strategy conversations, research best practices, and assist with competitive landscape audits

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience publishing content to the web on a content management system (CMS), e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, WordPress
• BS or BA in Web/Interactive Design, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong HTML skills and understanding of CSS principles
• Strong computer/technical skill and ability to quickly master new software
• Demonstrated understanding of web best practices, site optimization, and SEO
• Experience working with Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-focused with outstanding program/project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to build relationships and collaborate with teammates and stakeholders cross-functionally, cross-regionally, and globally.
• Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table for maximum impact and results.
• Ability to manage and adapt quickly to change and respond positively and flexibly to competing priorities.
