The Strategic Growth Programs team reports into the Office of the President / COO and is responsible for large, corporate-wide, strategic initiatives that drive transformation throughout the company. Programs run by this team have C-Level and even Board visibility. Members of the team engage with senior and executive leadership.

The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for implementing PMO processes and policies, managing the overall execution of complex, active programs with large cross-functional teams to ensure that they meet the organizational goals and requirements. Programs can include product or other types of launches, technology projects, M&A integration, and other Go-to-Market initiatives driven by the company.

The Sr. Program Manager will own a segment of the portfolio and will be responsible for successful execution of projects within it. The Sr. Program Manager will lead project teams, develop and own project plans, commit to weekly project summaries, and lead opportunities to improve overall PMO processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Planning and Execution:

o Take ownership of program development, planning and project execution for assigned segment of the Strategic Growth Programs portfolio.

o Follow project management best practices (e.g., Agile) while balancing the needs of projects and programs and the needs of the business.

o Develop and maintain program milestones along with detailed project schedule where required.

o Report program status including progress, productivity, risk and quality metrics.

· Communication and Relationship Management:

o Serve as a mediator among project team, their leadership and executives.

o Manage program communication.

o Coordinate and manage program meetings.

· Project Management and Oversight:

o Provide oversight for projects under the program umbrella.

o Ensure that projects are aligned with program goals and objectives.

o Align with other or cross-functional project managers (where available).

o Provide transparency to project teams into the program and enterprise context of their respective projects.

· Strategic Alignment:

o Identify opportunities for synergy with other programs and initiatives.

o Lead Strategic Growth Programs and / or PMO management initiatives and metric development.

o Align program and project work with organizational goals and objectives.

o Contribute to strategic planning activities.

· Quality Assurance:

o Validate and verify that program deliverables are fit for purpose and meet Strategic Growth Programs quality standards.

o Develop and communicate program level quality metrics.

o Optimize performance across the program and project value chain applying continual improvement best practices.

· Integration and Consistency:

o Manage integration to ensure that program components (individual projects and operational initiatives) integrate with each other as required.

o Ensure that the program integrates with required processes organization wide.

o Promote shared approaches where they make sense.

o Coach and mentor other team members to ensure consistent best practices are used on all of our programs.

Required Experience

Qualifications

· Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.

· Minimum of 7+years of experience.

· Experience in a SaaS / SW company is a plus.

· Required Skills:

o Must have experience in today’s global technology industry.

o Must have strong communication and business acumen skills.

o Able to present to large size (100+ attendees) and/or executive-level audience.

o Must be willing to lead change across global teams and inspire new behaviors among stakeholders.

o Must understand the Business-to-Business and multi-tiered distribution environment (channel partners and distribution as well as end customer selling).

o Must be able to ramp up and process information in a fast-paced environment.

o Must have business process re-engineering exposure (experience preferred).

· Preferred Skills:

o Experience in Professional Services, consulting with external customers.

o Go-to-Market, Sales or Marketing Ops Project or Program experience. This includes project skills from concept to market (from business case to selling motion to sunset activities), early funnel / pipeline process / systems, etc.

o Experience with MSFT Sharepoint, Office 365, MS Teams, Asana, Azure Dev Ops and other business productivity tools.

o Experience in experience in Order to Cash operations or IT, interacting with Product teams; alternatively, Product Management or Product Marketing, or with Sirius Decisions Product Management framework (or similar – e.g., Pragmatic Marketing).

The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $108,040 - $164,761. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
