We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist-Channel to lead and execute strategic partner communications and enablement initiatives. This role is pivotal in strengthening our go-to-market success by ensuring that our partners are informed, engaged, and equipped with the right messaging and tools to drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings experience in self-management, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic prioritization, with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-impact communication programs that align with business goals. This role is well-suited for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and is looking to grow within a high-performing, partner-focused organization.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Communications

§ Support the planning and execution of partner communication initiatives such as newsletters, product updates, webinars, and campaigns, helping to inform and engage channel partners.

§ Assist in content development, coordination, and scheduling while learning best practices for scalable, high-impact communications.

§ Ensure alignment and consistency in messaging across partner touchpoints (including partner portals, emails, events, and social platforms).

§ Create and manage content calendars and partner communications playbooks.

§ Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communications and continuously optimize based on performance insights.

Partner Enablement

§ Collaborate with product marketing, sales enablement, and partner account managers to develop content and tools that enable partners to effectively sell and support our solutions.

§ Assist in the creation and maintenance of partner enablement materials, including webinars, training decks, battle cards, solution overviews, onboarding guides, and campaign toolkits. Collaborate with senior team members and subject matter experts to ensure content is clear, accurate, and useful for partners.

§ Ensure enablement materials are updated, accessible, and relevant to various partner segments and lifecycle stages.

Role Expectations and Deliverables

§ Contribute to the execution of partner communications and enablement activities that align with business goals and key initiatives, under the guidance of senior team members.

§ Support project coordination for communication and enablement initiatives—helping track timelines, organize deliverables, and assist with reporting on outcomes and engagement metrics. Operate autonomously to set clear priorities, manage timelines, and proactively engage stakeholders.

§ Develop an understanding of how marketing activities support business goals, including how partner communications and enablement efforts contribute to pipeline growth, partner engagement, and revenue impact. Stay curious and open to learning about the broader business context.

§ Provide post-campaign and quarterly reporting on communication reach, engagement, and partner feedback.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Dependencies

This role requires strong collaboration across multiple teams and functions:

§ Partner Programs & Channel Sales – to align on messaging, partner needs, and go-to-market initiatives.

§ Product Marketing & Corporate Communications – to leverage brand messaging, new product launches, and campaign assets.

§ Sales Enablement & Operations – to streamline partner training and ensure data-driven measurement.

§ Creative & Content Teams – to produce high-quality communication and enablement materials.

§ Expect strong support from leadership, clear access to strategic roadmaps, and shared tools and systems to execute work efficiently.

This role offers significant opportunities for career advancement:

§ Strategic Visibility: Work closely with senior marketing and sales leadership to shape partner engagement.

§ Skill Expansion: Gain expertise in communications strategy, partner lifecycle management, and integrated marketing.

§ Global Exposure: Collaborate with international teams and partners, expanding global marketing acumen.
