As Channel Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, driving and implementing channel marketing activity for our most strategic, global and value-added reseller and alliance partners. You will develop and oversee a joint marketing plan that ties back to pipeline goals, working in conjunction with the partner organization, field marketing and sales leadership. You will build channel assets and global partner programs supported with compelling corporate messaging and enablement tools.

  • Develop and oversee a joint marketing plan that ties back to pipeline goals
  • Evaluate marketing mix and maximize pipeline and account-based engagement opportunities using a mix of digital, ABM, content, social and event marketing programs
  • Work with internal teams to create channel specific content, including whitepapers, solution sheets, competitive analysis, playbooks and other channel sales tools
  • Work with individual resellers on joint marketing activities, including events, content, webinars, etc.
  • Present, manage and optimize quarterly marketing plans and budget, and participate in regular sales meetings to provide monthly reporting on demand metrics
  • Work collaboratively with global teams and build cross-functional relationships
  • Leverage best practices and champion partners to create scalable marketing programs, customer-facing content, and internal enablement
  • Be an ambassador for the brand, ensuring consistency of messaging and look across all applications
  • Drive execution to exceed demand metrics and quantify program impact (ROI, engagement, funnel metrics)
  • Communicate and educate stakeholders to ensure integrated, consistent and powerful alignment in all endeavors

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Eloqua or Marketo marketing automation, On24 or other webinar platforms
  • Strong presentation, writing and communication skills required
  • Excellent budget management and project tracking
  • Creative problem-solver and analytic thinker
  • Report on activities, pipeline performance and recap best practices for internal stakeholders
  • Provide creative brief and project plans to internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deliverables

Key Performance Indicators:

Number of qualified leads, accounts engaged, and partner productivity from regional marketing programs


Required Experience

  • 5–7 years of experience
  • Experience with channel marketing lead-generating activities
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent budget management and project tracking
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Eloqua or Marketo marketing automation, On24, or other webinar platforms
  • Thrives in fast-paced, changing environments with the ability to drive progress and change
  • Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills required
  • Experience with B2B high-tech companies; software background is a plus
  • Highly motivated, flexible team player
  • 30% travel potential
  • Flexibility and a proven ability to work successfully in cross-functional environments to achieve results
  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Business, or related discipline. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
