The Vice President, Technology Transformation & Delivery is responsible for overseeing the execution and delivery of enterprise technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy, operational efficiency, and digital transformation initiatives. This role leads the implementation, enhancement, and management of business applications, IT services, and enterprise technology programs, driving innovation, efficiency, and value across the organization.

Serving as a strategic business liaison, this role partners with key business units to position IT as a value-driven enabler, enhancing operational efficiency, improving the customer experience, and contributing to revenue growth. By fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, the VP ensures technology solutions are proactively aligned with business needs, driving continuous innovation and competitive advantage. This role champions IT as a trusted business partner, ensuring that digital transformation initiatives, enterprise applications, and IT services empower the organization to operate more effectively and efficiently.


Required Skills

· IT Delivery

  • In partnership with the aligned business units, develop and execute on a strategic technology roadmap ensuring the technology aligns with business objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of enterprise applications, business systems, and digital transformation projects.
  • Partner with aligned business leaders to identify technology opportunities that drive efficiency, scalability, and competitive advantage.
  • Ensure IT delivery projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and provide measurable business value.
  • In collaboration with the Director, Program Management Office adopt and reinforce the use of best practices, governance models, and standardized frameworks for project delivery and business application management.
  • Ensure strategic prioritization, funding, and resource allocation in partnership with aligned business units.
  • Drive cost optimization efforts, maximizing the value of IT investments while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations in collaboration with IT Procurement, and third-party service management for technology delivery.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPI) and metrics to measure IT delivery effectiveness and business impact.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, providing insights on IT investments, project progress, and business impact.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the departments and understanding the business to ensure technology solutions meet evolving needs.
  • Establish clear, consistent communication channels for project updates, governance, and risk management.
  • Facilitate leadership reviews to drive informed decision-making.

People Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of application administrators, developers, and others.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Provide coaching, career development, and performance management to ensure team members grow in their roles.
  • Ensure resource planning and workload balancing across workstreams, optimizing team efficiency and impact.
  • Promote cross-functional teamwork between IT, operations, finance, HR, sales, support, and other departments to optimize business outcomes.


Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10 -12 years of experience in technology delivery, with 6-8 years in a leadership role.
  • Driven to achieve results, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be required to make decisions based on sound judgment with information at hand.
  • Proven success in leading IT initiatives such as CRM transformation, ERP implementations, and digital transformation.
  • Fosters an environment of open communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
  • Capability to communicate your vision with senior IT leadership, cross-functional project teams, technology vendors, and key stakeholders in the company.
  • Strong experience in managing budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic IT planning.
  • Strong expertise in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma).
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in matrixed environments.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance in IT service delivery.
  • Familiarity with emerging enterprise applications and technology trends that impact business operations.
  • M&A experience strongly preferred.
  • IT audit experience, especially SOX, is a plus.
