WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Tealium is looking for a highly skilled Senior Partnership Solutions Consultant to support and accelerate our global technology and agency partnerships. This role blends technical depth, data strategy expertise, and consultative storytelling to help partners understand how Tealium’s customer data solutions—and the data they power—enable world-class digital experiences and modern AI-driven use cases.
You’ll serve as the technical backbone for partner development, helping partners architect data flows, evaluate integrations, and co-create go-to-market strategies that make AI-ready customer data a competitive advantage.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
Provide technical guidance and product expertise to technology partners, agency teams, and joint customers
Deliver tailored demonstrations and enablement sessions showing how Tealium’s platform powers real-time customer experiences and AI/ML activation
Support partner-driven RFPs and RFIs with clear, accurate, and strategic technical responses
Collaborate with partner managers to develop joint go-to-market plans, value propositions, and solution blueprints
Strengthen long-term partnerships by advising on best practices, integration design, and data governance
Contribute to partner documentation, solution guides, and enablement assets
Advocate for partner needs internally and support post-sale alignment between agencies, Tealium teams, and customers
Stay current on digital marketing, customer data, and AI/ML trends—and share insights across the partnerships organization
WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM
5–8+ years as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Implementation Engineer, or similar role supporting enterprise SaaS technologies
Hands-on experience with at least one major martech or adtech capability:
Web & Mobile Analytics
Tag Management
Search/Display/Programmatic Advertising
Email & CRM Platforms
Data Management Platforms / Customer Data Platforms
Marketing Automation Tools
Personalization or Optimization Technologies
Experience working with or supporting agencies, system integrators, or technology partners
Background in digital advertising workflows, audience targeting, or campaign delivery is a strong plus
Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication skills — able to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences
Ability to assess customer and partner requirements, diagnose data and integration needs, and propose scalable solutions
Working knowledge of JavaScript tags, event handling, and browser/network behavior
Comfort with core web technologies (HTML, AJAX, jQuery), mobile app analytics, and modern API formats (REST, SOAP, JSON)
Understanding of structured/unstructured data, identity resolution, and real-time data pipelines
Familiarity with how customer data powers AI/ML models, personalization engines, and automation systems
Ability to collaborate across technical, sales, product, and partner team
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
WAGE TRANSPARENCY

United Kingdom - This full-time position offers a base salary range of £80,000 to £100,000 annually. The final offer is determined by job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. The role may also be eligible for a performance-based bonus and equity options.
Germany - This full-time position offers a base salary range of €85,000 to €105,000 annually. The final offer is determined by job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. The role may also be eligible for a performance-based bonus and equity options.
Italy - This full-time position offers a base salary range of €65,000 to €80,000 annually. The final offer is determined by job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. The role may also be eligible for a performance-based bonus and equity options.
Spain - This full-time position offers a base salary range of €65,000 to €85,000 annually. The final offer is determined by job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. The role may also be eligible for a performance-based bonus and equity options.
