This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations, data analytics, and AI enablement – building, monitoring, and optimizing the workflows, models, and agents that power next-generation marketing performance.

The ideal candidate understands both marketing systems and data science fundamentals, translating business goals into scalable AI workflows that save time, improve accuracy, and unlock smarter decisions across the funnel.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

AI-Enabled Marketing Operations

  • Own the operational health of AI systems, including data pipelines, models, and integrations with marketing and business tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Tealium, Copy.ai, Replit).

  • Build and optimize AI workflows and agents that support campaign execution, lead management, content creation, and data hygiene.

  • Collaborate with Tealium’s internal AI capabilities and data infrastructure to integrate first-party data and real-time triggers into automated decisioning and personalization workflows.

  • Oversee model deployment and monitoring, including drift detection, accuracy tracking, and error resolution for AI-driven programs (e.g., lead scoring, customer segmentation, content generation).

  • Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure all AI-enabled marketing processes adhere to data privacy, consent, and ethical use standards.

Data & Insight Operations

  • Partner with analytics teams to create AI-powered dashboards that provide insight into campaign performance, customer journeys, and operational efficiency.

  • Maintain a reliable data foundation that connects Tealium, Salesforce, and Marketo data streams for advanced analytics and AI training.

  • Develop real-time audience segments in Tealium for targeting and personalization.

  • Identify and instrument key performance metrics that measure both marketing impact and AI system performance.

  • Use AI tools (e.g., Copy.ai, Replit, Python notebooks, LLM integrations) to help automate analysis, content workflows, campaigns, and reporting.

Cross-Functional Enablement & Strategy

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that scale AI capabilities across GTM Teams (Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success).

  • Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making and operational accountability by training marketers to safely and effectively use AI tools.

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to leverage AI for efficiency, personalization, and automation across channels (email, paid media, web personalization, lead routing, scoring, etc.).

WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM

  • 3+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Data Analytics roles.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Marketo, Tealium, and related marketing data systems.

  • Familiarity with AI/ML and automation tools such as OpenAI, Copy.ai, ChatGPT, Replit, or workflow orchestration platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Airflow).

  • Experience managing or enabling data pipelines and APIs across marketing tech stacks.

  • Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of SQL and modern BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
