WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Tealium is seeking a Solutions Consultant Engineer in North America to join our dynamic global sales organization. In this role, you will partner with our Solutions Consulting team to support deal-related product demonstrations and Proof-of-Concept deployments of our platform. You will also contribute to building and maintaining demo websites, apps, and other environments that showcase our solutions in action.
In addition to supporting deal activity, you will collaborate with team members to share technical expertise, help streamline day-to-day operations, and contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen your technical skills, deepen your customer-facing experience, and make a meaningful impact within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
Security & Technical Oversight
Build, oversee and maintain website environments hosted on Amazon EC2, Magento, WordPress, S3, etc. ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
Create and manage sandbox accounts and profiles for SC and Partner teams
Sales Enablement & Customer Engagement
Serve as a trusted technical advisor by providing product, service, and solution guidance to sales representatives, partners, and prospective customers.
Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations for prospects and internal training initiatives.
Contribute to the creation of formal sales plans and proposals that align with customer goals and drive revenue.
Support and guide Proof of Concept (POC) deployments, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with client requirements.
Operational Excellence
Collaborate with the regional and global Solutions Consulting team to streamline processes, improve team efficiency, and enhance overall Solutions Consulting performance.
Continuously improve pre-sales demonstration environments and supporting materials to maintain a best-in-class customer experience.
WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM
Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS), such as EC2, Redshift, or DNS services.
2–4 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Implementation Engineer supporting SaaS products.

Hands-on experience with three (3) or more of the following:
Web Analytics
Search Engine Marketing
Display Marketing
Email Service Providers
Data Management Platforms
Demand- or Supply-Side Platforms
Digital Exchanges
Mobile Analytics
Ad Serving
Content Optimization (Multi-Variant Testing)
Marketing Automation
Tag Management, Customer Data Platforms, Data Hubs
Ability to assess customer requirements and collaborate on effective technical solutions.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams to support customer success.
WAGE TRANSPARENCY
In many U.S. states, employers are required to include a pay range for posted positions. Although this isn't a requirement in every state, communicating transparently is a cornerstone of our operations at Tealium, and we believe in making this information available to all applicants.
The U.S. pay range for this full-time position is listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for a robust benefits package that includes the following:
Employees are eligible to receive an annual bonus and stock options.
Employees and their families are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
Employees have the option to enroll in our 401k plan and are eligible to receive contributions for company matching.

We offer 11 paid holidays annually
We offer 15 hours of paid work time for volunteer activities and programs.

Our sick leave accrual is the following for our employees:
Exempt CA employees (not including San Francisco) including NY : accrue 40 hours each year. Unused sick leave carries over into the next year. Employees cannot exceed 80 hours in a given year.
Exempt Non - CA employees (not including NY) including SF: Accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Cannot exceed 180 hours in the calendar year.
Non-Exempt: accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Unused carries over to the next year. Not to exceed 108 hours in a calendar year.

Compensation Range- $100,000 - $130,000 Base
