Training Delivery Specialist

This role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office per week.
The Basics:
Tanium's Global Enablement Operations organization is seeking a coordinator to support the rapid expansion of our training programs for both internal and external audiences. This role involves coordinating registration, execution, and reporting for training sessions aimed at customers, partners, and internal employees. The ideal candidate should possess organizational skills and experience in process improvement, operational efficiency, and automation. Furthermore, this role will prioritize delivering superior customer service to our external learners as well as to our internal stakeholders and colleagues.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate and schedule the end-to-end execution of customer and partner training sessions, including web-based and instructor led events
- Facilitate training event logistics, including scheduling, video conferencing, managing participant lists and enrollments, sourcing trainers, and providing direct customer service
- Serve as a basic administrator in Tanium’s Enablement tools (LMS and hands-on labs platform)
- Maintain training records and track progress through reporting metrics
- Collaborate closely with other members of the Global Enablement team to leverage best practices and programs, executed on a global scale
- Drive continuous system improvements through innovation and efficiencies
We’re looking for someone with:
- Education
- BA/BS degree required
- Experience:
- 1+ year of project management, coordination or administrative support experience required; 3 years preferred
- Training delivery experience required
- Other
- Must be a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with project management or event planning highly preferred
- Familiarity with Saba Cloud, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and SurveyMonkey preferred but not required
- LMS and Enablement tooling experience preferred
