The Basics:
You will have many hats, as you will support the full end-to-end process of helping the regional (field & partner) marketing team to deliver better outcomes for their budgets and campaigns. Think marketing operations, combined with good communications skills, an eye for the plan, budget, campaign execution, lead & opportunity management lifecycle (including attribution), calendaring, design, socials – whilst delivering digital nurturing programs and campaigns to optimise outcomes.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver EMEA programmatic activities such as webinars, no-sales pitch demos, direct mail, and other initiatives you and the team determine are valuable to driving an ROI outcome. Support major pan-European programs, as Converge World Tour with centralised management, registration & onsite support.
- Dynamic marketing plan: In collaboration with regional marketing, supporting global marketing functions and corporate teams (FP&A, international finance, procurement), you will manage the process flow and systems to enable a seamless flow from campaign design, execution and opportunity management, including regular weekly, monthly & quarterly performance reporting. (Critical thinking and strategic prioritisation & presentation skills needed.)
- Manage expectations/communication: Meet with internal partners to learn more about new projects, give status updates on existing projects, and communicate any issues and upcoming checkpoints on time.
- Manage project schedules & deadlines: Coordinate with multiple teams in ensuring the delivery of numerous projects, facilitating project needs, requirements, and timelines.
- Implement process improvements: Proactively propose and create processes to deliver efficiencies for the rapidly growing marketing and sales development (telemarketing) team, facilitating better cross-team collaboration and project outcomes.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field/experience
- Strong time management and prioritization skills with experience balancing a high volume of projects at a time
- A positive, solution-oriented approach to unifying and motivating project teams
- Clear and effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Marketo marketing automation (or equiv), Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint
- Eager to be a part of high-performing team class work that not only project manages marketing but gets involved in the detailed execution that drives business results (sales outcomes)
