The Basics:
Tanium Talent Acquisition is hiring a Senior Recruiter to join our fast-paced team! This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with hiring managers and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. This is a hybrid position, which will require attendance several days each week the following office location: Addison, TX.
What you’ll do:
  • Responsible for managing and facilitating the entire recruiting process
  • Develop and execute on a sourcing strategy
  • Work with managers and talent acquisition team to develop recruiting strategies
  • Take a data-driven approach to develop goals, validate your activities and to measure success
  • Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems through our ATS
  • Provide follow-up correspondence with a sense of urgency to candidates on recruiting status
  • Be an advocate for the candidate and deliver a world-class candidate experience
  • Tracking recruiting activities in our ATS and providing candidate status in a weekly report
  • Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, the talent acquisition team, and our business partners
  • Successfully evaluate candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques and providing thorough scorecards
We’re looking for someone with:
  • Education
    • BS/BA or equivalent experience required
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of recruiting experience required, 7+ years preferred
    • Agency and in-house experience a plus, enterprise sales software recruiting experience preferred
    • Experience executing a full-cycle recruiting process
    • Sourcing experience preferred
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
    • Experience with Microsoft Suite – Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred
    • Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organizational skills preferred
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take feedback and build strong productive relationships
    • Experience working with Greenhouse preferred
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment preferred

    • Forward-looking and consistently acting in the best interest of the company

What you’ll get

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 to $275,000. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience.
