As AI transforms creative production, we're building software that combines human expertise, AI agents, and proprietary data into a seamless experience. You'll lead our largest product pod and shape the future of how customers, creatives, and AI work together.

What You’ll Do

  • Own product strategy and execution for Superspace, balancing customer value, business impact, and operational efficiency.

  • Lead a cross-functional pod of product designers, engineering leaders, and engineers to deliver high-impact outcomes.

  • Partner with Operations and Services teams to improve workflows and drive measurable business results.
  • Define how Superspace serves multiple user groups, from enterprise customers to internal creative and project teams.

  • Create cohesive product experiences by aligning work across multiple product teams and initiatives.

  • Shape AI-native workflows that combine human expertise, AI agents, and proprietary data.

  • Establish frameworks for prioritization, ensuring resources are focused on the highest-impact opportunities.

  • Prototype, validate, and iterate on product concepts in close collaboration with Design and Engineering.

  • Drive adoption, engagement, and efficiency through continuous product improvement.

  • Influence product strategy alongside senior leaders across Product, Engineering, and the executive team.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years in Senior or Staff-level roles.

  • Experience leading complex B2B, platform, marketplace, AI, or workflow products.

  • Strong product judgment with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.

  • Deep curiosity about AI and hands-on experience working with AI-powered products and workflows.

  • Ability to balance the needs of customers, internal users, technical constraints, and business goals.

  • Strong product craft with a passion for building intuitive, high-quality user experiences.

  • Experience leading multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously in fast-paced environments.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to work closely with technical teams and confidently discuss architecture, AI capabilities, and implementation trade-offs.

  • Experience using data and experimentation to drive product decisions.
