Superside is looking for a strategic, solutions-oriented Creative Operations Lead to drive efficiency, consistency, and quality across our creative delivery processes.
This role sits within our Creative Ops team and is central to how we scope, quote, manage, and deliver creative work across 60+ countries and 250+ global creatives. You’ll act as a bridge between sales, creative, and delivery teams, helping us scale through better systems, sharper processes, and smarter tooling.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with Sales to scope and quote creative projects accurately, ensuring budgets and expectations align with delivery capabilities.
  • Own and evolve our project processes from intake to delivery, driving consistency across timelines, tools, and templates.
  • Identify broken workflows and implement scalable improvements across quoting, creative delivery, and tooling systems.
  • Manage our tooling ecosystem (e.g., Figma, Airtable, Adobe, Trello), supporting license oversight, usage analysis, and new integrations.
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors, PMs, CSMs, and Leadership to align on pricing, deliverables, and customer success.
  • Train teams on new processes, quoting logic, and service rollouts—including AI-based offerings.
  • Act as an operational partner to ensure cross-functional alignment, reduced ambiguity, and better customer experiences.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • 4–7 years experience in Creative Ops, Program Management, or similar roles in a creative/digital environment.
  • Strong background in quoting, budgeting, and scoping across creative workstreams.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales and managing client expectations around timelines, pricing, and delivery.
  • Operational mindset with strong project management skills and an eye for inefficiency and risk.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Suite, Google Sheets, Airtable, Trello (and bonus points for automation or AI tool experience).
  • Comfortable building training materials, leading enablement sessions, and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Clear communicator with confidence managing across both creative and non-creative teams.
  • Bonus:
  • Familiarity with Creative automation tools (e.g., Storyteq, Bannerflow) or generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney).
  • Experience improving tooling adoption and creative team efficiency at scale.
