Job Description
In this senior position you will play a key role in driving growth within the Danish Partner Community. You will be responsible for a selected number of key strategic partners, supporting their growth with ServiceNow. You will lead Co-sell/Co-delivery initiatives together with local sales and partners within existing and new clients, while ensuring our partners deliver successful projects.
This role requires the ability to work across multiple business domains and collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. You will partner closely with Field Sales, Solution Sales Specialists, Pre-Sales, and the Customer Outcomes teams to ensure seamless, customer-focused collaboration across our diverse partner ecosystem. You will work closely alongside the Partner Territory Manager, playing a key role in elevating and accelerating the growth of our alliance and partner business.
Externally, you will engage closely with partners' sales and marketing organizations to drive joint business development, while also enabling their delivery consultants to build expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities. You will be supported by a strong team of specialists across enablement, marketing, and operations to ensure your success.
You will be expected to develop joint go-to-market plans and be the key driver in executing them. This role requires an equal balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution and administration. Success will be measured by achievement of sales quotas for allocated partners on a quarterly and annual basis.
