Job Description
We are seeking a highly capable, relationship driven Senior Manager of Field Readiness to lead readiness strategy and execution for both in market offer innovations and new product launches. This role requires someone who is scrappy yet polished, demonstrates strong executive presence, and brings a naturally curious, analytical, and highly professional approach to problem solving.
This leader will partner across Product, Sales, Marketing, Technical Sales, Enablement, and broader GTM teams to ensure the field is fully prepared to sell, position, and demo new and evolving offers. Success in this role requires exceptional cross functional influence, the ability to create clarity where none exists, and a passion for building scalable frameworks that bring order, alignment, and execution excellence to complex launch environments.
What You’ll Do
Field Readiness for Offer Innovations
- Partner with Product and Sales GTM leaders to deeply understand the GTM strategy, value proposition, and launch objectives.
- Develop and execute field readiness plans for new and evolving offers.
- Collaborate and influence across Product, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Operations to prepare teams for launch.
- Create scalable frameworks, align cross-functional teams, and address gaps or overlaps in enablement efforts.
- Drive operational efficiency by establishing KPIs, tracking progress, and optimizing processes.
- Establish a repeatable, scalable model that can be applied across all future inmarket product launches.
- Drive clarity, accountability, and momentum across teams without direct authority.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
- 8+ years' experience in GTM, Field Readiness, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Program Management, or related areas.
- Proven leadership of cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS GTM, sales, technical sales, and product launches.
- Excellent executive presence, relationship-building, and project management.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and synthesize complex information.
- Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
- Experience building field readiness frameworks or enablement programs.
- Background in technical sales, sales engineering, or product-led GTM.
- Familiarity with sales processes and technology.
- Experience supporting ongoing and new product launches.
- Strong facilitation and cross-functional leadership skills.
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $137,500 - $240,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
