Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

As the EMEA Senior Director Solution Consulting, CoE Leader for Risk & Security, you will be responsible for driving excellence, innovation, and consistency across our Specialist Solution Consulting community in EMEA for Risk and Security Solutions.

Key focus areas will include driving the Risk & Security workflow growth strategy, expanding solution consulting capabilities across e.g. Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), Security Operations (SecOps), Vulnerability Response, Business Continuity Management (BCM),Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Operational Reciliense and AI Control Tower, while shaping cross-functional ecosystem activities to build pipeline, secure tech wins and capture market opportunities.

You'll act as a catalyst for best practices, knowledge sharing, technical innovation, and capability uplift, helping our solution consulting and pre-sales teams deliver differentiated value to customers navigating complex security, risk, and regulatory landscapes at every stage of the sales cycle. You will leverage your deep technical expertise in platform and technologies to articulate and demonstrate the unique value of ServiceNow’s solutions, engaging with customers at both strategic and technical levels.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as the central point of contact for SC enablement, innovation, and strategic initiatives across EMEA for Risk & Security solutions

· Foster a thriving community of Specialist SCs by curating and sharing best practices, tools, methodologies, and assets across IRM/GRC, SecOps, BCM, VRM, and emerging solutions

· Lead strategic positioning of ServiceNow's AI Control Tower capabilities, demonstrating how organizations can govern, manage, secure, and realize value from enterprise-wide AI initiatives

· Drive thought leadership around Operational Resilience frameworks, connecting risk mitigation, crisis management, business continuity, and disaster recovery workflows

· Champion expertise in European regulatory compliance, including NIS2, DORA, GDPR, CER,EU AI Act, and emerging cybersecurity directives, positioning ServiceNow as the platform for regulatory alignment

· Identify capability gaps across regions and work with Major Area leaders to support upskilling and enablement programs focused on security and risk domains

· Drive consistency and quality in technical storytelling, demos, deep-dive technical value articulation, and competitive positioning for Risk & Security solutions ensuring the ability to adress complex technical requirements and scenarios.

· Lead or coordinate CoE initiatives including demo strategy, industry-specific use cases (financial services, healthcare, critical infrastructure), tech wins, and specialist onboarding

· Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Enablement teams to align go-to-market efforts for Risk & Security portfolio expansion

· Act as a thought leader and champion for emerging technologies in cybersecurity, AI governance, threat intelligence, and zero trust architectures

· Develop compelling narratives around how ServiceNow unifies cyber and risk operations on a single AI platform, streamlining threat response and boosting organizational resilience

· Measure and report on the effectiveness of pre-sales practices and assets across the Risk & Security community

· Represent EMEA pre-sales in global CoE forums and contribute to shaping global standards for Risk & Security solution consulting

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

· 10+ years' experience in solution consulting and GTM strategy with deep focus on cybersecurity, risk management, or GRC solutions

· Proven enterprise software pre-sales experience in a large, global matrixed sales organization, preferably in a specialist sales organization focused on security or risk

· Demonstrated success partnering with senior product leaders to build and grow businesses spanning multi-product portfolios in security and risk domains

· Deep understanding of the Risk & Security market landscape, including IRM/GRC, SecOps, vulnerability management, business continuity, vendor risk, and operational resilience

· Strong knowledge of European regulatory frameworks including NIS2 (Network and Information Security Directive 2), DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act), GDPR, CER (Critical Entities Resilience), and related cybersecurity compliance requirements

· Experience with AI governance frameworks and understanding of AI Control Tower concepts for managing enterprise AI initiatives, models, and agent ecosystems

· Expertise in operational resilience strategies, including risk-based decision making, continuity planning, crisis management, and recovery workflows

· Deep sales, market and product knowledge relating to the ServiceNow Platform, particularly Risk and Security solutions

· Understanding of modern cybersecurity threats, vulnerability management, security incident response, and threat intelligence integration

· Knowledge of third-party risk management, supply chain security, and vendor assessment processes

· Experience with cloud security, asset management (CMDB), and integration with SIEM/SOAR platforms

· Outstanding communication skills with ability to influence at all levels of the company and articulate complex security and risk concepts to both technical and executive audiences, including the ability to conduct deep technical discussions and solution demonstrations.

· Experience developing and running sales programs and strategies from inception to completion

· Experience presenting to large internal and external audiences including customer and partner events, industry conferences, and regulatory forums

· Strong organization, communication, teamwork, presentation, problem solving and time management skills

· Experience inspiring global, matrixed teams to share and follow defined best practices

· A self-starter with a "win as a team" approach and ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies

· International experience is a plus

· Strong fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus
