Job Description

About the Role

Join ServiceNow's Solution Consulting team and help bring CRM and Industry Workflows to life. You'll partner with sales, product, and customers to transform experiences through automation, AI, and digital innovation — all while having fun figuring out how to make complex systems feel simple for your customers.

This is a pre-sales role in the West and Central US Commercial segment, supporting a high volume of dynamic accounts. You'll thrive here if you get energized by jumping between customers, telling compelling stories, and showing multiple organizations the real value of innovation.

What You'll Do

  • Facilitate discovery and demo sessions that uncover customer challenges and show how CRM, Customer Service, Field Service, and Industry solutions can make a difference.
  • Configure and customize demos — build engaging, hands-on experiences that showcase AI agents, automation, and workflows in ways that make customers say, "Wow, that's possible?"
  • Partner with sales teams, translating technical capabilities into compelling stories that resonate with both business and technical audiences.
  • Stay current on product releases and AI features so your demos are always fresh, exciting, and relevant to customer needs.
  • Contribute to team success by sharing learnings, supporting marketing events, and helping build a culture of innovation — whether virtually or in person.

Your Superpowers:

  • Technically curious and hands-on — you enjoy learning new product features, building demo environments, experimenting with AI agents, and figuring out creative solutions to demo challenges.
  • Natural storyteller and communicator — you know how to make complex ideas click for different audiences, whether presenting in person or virtually.
  • Eager to learn and grow — you're excited to expand your knowledge across CRM, Industry Workflows, and AI capabilities.
  • Collaborative and resourceful — you work well with others, share ideas freely, and find creative paths forward when challenges arise.

Qualifications

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 2+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering, ideally with Enterprise Applications, CRM, or Customer Experience solutions.
  • Preferred locations: San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA
  • Bonus points for experience in Financial Services or Healthcare — familiarity with industry-specific workflows, challenges, and compliance requirements.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support customer engagements and team events.
