As part of the Platform & AI Solution Consulting team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how customers experience AI on the Now Platform.

You’ll turn bold ideas into working prototypes, combining the creativity of a builder with the discipline of an engineer, to demonstrate how Now Assist, AI Agents, Workflow Data Fabric, and App Engine can deliver real business value.

This is a hands-on technical role where you will collaborate with AI Architects, sales teams, and customers to design and deliver proofs-of-concept, accelerators, and demo solutions that showcase the power of AI and automation on the Now Platform.

What You Get To Do In This Role

Prototype & Build: Develop AI-powered demos, proof-of-concepts, and accelerators across various use cases.

Experiment & Integrate: Explore and test LLMs, Now Assist capabilities, and external APIs to build differentiated use cases leveraging Workflow Data Fabric.

Collaborate: Partner with AI Architects, Product Management, and Customer Excellence to bring conceptual designs to life through rapid iteration.

Showcase Value: Support sales cycles with hands-on technical expertise, custom demo builds, and customer workshops.

Document & Scale: Maintain technical documentation, setup guides, and reusable assets for reuse across the field.

Enable: Share best practices and mentor peers on building and deploying AI prototypes on ServiceNow.

Learn & Evolve: Stay current on AI trends, prompt engineering, and model evaluation techniques to keep our demos cutting-edge and responsible.

Qualifications

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring a blend of ServiceNow expertise, AI curiosity, and hands-on engineering skill:

Required:

5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting, technical consulting, or software engineering experience.

Strong proficiency with the ServiceNow Platform, especially App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and Now Assist.

Proven ability to design and build data-driven workflows, integrations, or automation prototypes.

Strong experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow low-code and scripted development.

Understanding of LLMs, embeddings, prompt design, and API integration (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Vertex).

Excellent communication skills, can simplify technical depth into clear business value.

Preferred:

Experience delivering AI and automation POCs in customer-facing environments.

Familiarity with LangChain, MCP, RAG, vector databases, or AI model orchestration frameworks.

Certifications such as ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS, ServiceNow Micro-Certs, or Now Assist Fundamentals.

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

A passion for experimentation, learning, and knowledge sharing.
