Job Description

We are looking for a Manager to join the EMEA GTM Activation team to support the continuing evolution of our business. Our team ensures that ServiceNow has the organization, go-to-market (GTM) programs, and ways of working to build and sustain high growth on the path to $30bn revenue and beyond.

The successful applicant will collaborate with many stakeholders across the EMEA business, depending on current portfolio of programs. This role comes with the opportunity to contribute to transformation and help accelerate growth beyond our core business.

In this role you will:

  • Own and support the design, activation, execution and scaling of strategic GTM initiatives aligned with our growth strategy to embed best practice, sure consistency & scalability

  • Partner with stakeholders from across the business to effectively design & activate strategic, cross-functional change aligned to our growth strategy

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Enablement, Operations and Customer Success, to drive and support integrated go-to-market activities and initiatives.

  • Work closely with the broader EMEA GTM Activation team to identify and address opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our Go-to-market supporting adoption of best practices from across geographies and industries

  • Track progress of initiatives, monitor key metrics and outcomes, and provide updates to stakeholders

Qualifications

What we are looking for in this role:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, with exposure to Field Sales organisations and / or GTM functions in a matrixed sales environment, in enterprise software

  • Experience working with cross-functional, multicultural teams, ideally in high-growth organizations

  • Embody a growth-mindset, with a drive to learn new skills and content areas

  • Energetic, proactive, and outcomes-focused, with a drive to make an impact

  • Strong organization, communication, teamwork, presentation and problem solving skills

  • Strong Program Management skills, including the ability to manage complex initiatives and deliver outcomes in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate change and competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to build trusted relationships across a diverse stakeholder group
