What you get to do in this role:

  • Engage confidently with executive stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and influence solution direction.
  • Lead discovery workshops to uncover customer challenges and align solutions through compelling demonstrations.• Integrate assistive and agentic AI capabilities into solution design, including automation, predictive insights, and intelligent workflows that support and act on behalf of users.
  • Serve as a technical and domain expert supporting product sales across assigned territories.
  • Answer product and technical questions from customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with strategic customers to identify high-value AI opportunities and deliver proposed solutions.
  • Provide feedback to Product Management on enhancements that address customer needs and unlock additional value.
  • Create reusable AI assets—prompts, scaffolds, and libraries—to accelerate future engagements.
  • Share best practices and reusable assets with peers to elevate team performance.
  • Stay current on competitive analysis, market differentiation, and emerging AI technologies.
  • Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
  • Demonstrate sensitivity to the unique needs of government customers, including compliance, security, and procurement processes.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or similar cloud software solutions.
  • Experience working collaboratively with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Strong territory management skills and ability to guide execution excellence.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating AI into work processes, including:
  • Using assistive AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making
  • Designing agentic AI workflows that act autonomously within defined parameters
  • Automating complex tasks and analyzing AI-driven insights
  • Exploring AI’s impact on enterprise functions and customer outcomes
  • Familiarity with LLM frameworks, vector databases, and orchestration pipelines is plus.
  • Proven ability to engage with executive stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making.
  • Experience working with government customers or in regulated environments is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 30%) to support customer engagements.
