GLOBAL ENABLEMENT TEAM

The Global Sales Enablement Team at ServiceNow is a strategic function that drives seller readiness, productivity, and performance across all geographies and roles. It operates through a unified framework that includes regional enablement partners, centralized program leads, and cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and operations teams.

ServiceNow’s Sales Enablement functions are deeply embedded with AI capabilities, reflecting the company’s commitment to an AI-first culture. This integration spans content, delivery, coaching, and measurement.

Learning Enablement Partner

The Learning Enablement Partner (LEP) plays a critical role in developing key sales skills and competencies for our sellers and field representatives. The LEP is a trusted partner to sales managers and sellers. They are responsible for providing tools, resources, skills, and knowledge necessary to improve overall effectiveness, efficiency and demonstrating differentiated values to our customers. They will also be on point to drive, support, and execute numerous regional and global enablement efforts.

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Learning Enablement Partner to join our EMEA team, focusing on the EMEA UKI market. This role is pivotal in equipping our salesforce with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed in a rapidly evolving, AI-powered selling environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in sales enablement, a passion for learning innovation, and a deep appreciation for how AI can transform the sales experience.

This role requires someone who not only embraces AI but actively drives its adoption across the sales organization.

What you get to do in this role:

  • #1 Be the trusted enablement business partner of sales leaders and sellers in the field.
  • Proactively engage with your Stakeholders to identify, prioritize, develop, and execute a quarterly enablement plan
  • Identify gaps in knowledge and processes, and work with necessary Managers and Directors to ensure rapid deployment of training and tools needed to address.
  • Provide sellers with relevant knowledge, skills, and tools to achieve sales objectives/priorities.
  • Advocate for the sellers/learners and global enablement programs
  • Represent enablement in sales meetings/calls (QBRs, All-Hands, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the broader enablement team and subject matter experts on enablement programs, content, curriculum, deployment, and metrics.
  • Leverage global knowledge assets to construct, deliver or facilitate enablement solution for regional specific sales enablement needs.
  • Reduce the noise in the field and provide clarity to relevant enablement that drives sales priorities/strategies.
  • Run effective enablement prioritization with stakeholders.
  • Participate in the creation and delivery of enablement activities including Sales Kickoff and other enablement events.

Qualifications

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • Bachelors / master’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years in sales enablement
  • 5+ years in sales or supporting sales roles.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with VP-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in sales workflows (e.g. GenAI, intelligent automation).
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable learning experiences
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with enablement platforms, learning management systems, and sales readiness tools
  • High energy with positive energy and a growth mindset (can do attitude)
