About the team:
The Omni Channel team is building applications that empower organizations to deliver world-class service experiences. Our products enable external customer support across channels including web, email, chat, phone, and social media. We work closely with platform and industry engineering teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable solutions that are both intuitive and powerful.
About the role:
As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping our applications, from architecture to deployment, with an emphasis on building extensible, secure, and intelligent solutions.
Design, build, and maintain clean, scalable, and reusable UI and server-side code.
Drive best practices across engineering (architecture reviews, code reviews, testing, CI/CD).
Partner with product managers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Develop simple, intuitive software that customers can extend and customize for their unique needs.
Contribute to new product initiatives while also evolving our existing product suite.
Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Create highly modular, reusable UI/UX components and patterns to accelerate both internal teams and customer developers.
Explore and integrate AI-driven approaches to improve workflows, decision-making, and customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development (JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, or equivalent).
Strong expertise in at least one modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and scalable system design.
Experience with web security, performance optimization, and building for scale.
Proven ability to design component-driven architectures and reusable frameworks.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated interest or experience in applying AI technologies to solve practical problems—whether through workflow automation, AI-driven insights, or enhancing product capabilities.
Passion for the craft of engineering, from clean code to intuitive user experiences.
Nice to have
Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
Hands-on exposure to AI/ML libraries, APIs, or services (e.g., LLMs, NLP, recommendation systems).
Background in building enterprise SaaS applications.
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $140,700 - $239,200, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
