Job Description
The Executive Strategy, Senior Manager is a critically important role driving highest-impact strategic insights and supporting executive decision-making for ServiceNow’s President of Global Customer and Field Operations.
As a key member of the Office of the President and reporting to the Senior Director, Executive Strategy – this role will play a key role in shaping how we go to market globally and is expected to drive the execution of key strategic work globally, working cross-functionally with senior leaders across the business. This role will offer an incredible opportunity for a career in the technology industry and is a springboard into functional roles in our GTM organization.
Role & Responsibilities
Develop strategic insights and high-impact analyses for the President of Global Customer and Field Operations and his executive leadership team on a range of priority topics such as GTM execution, market positioning, and quarterly performance.
Craft compelling presentations and comprehensive reports for internal and external audiences – incl. Board updates, analyst updates and senior leadership briefings.
Partner with the President’s office and cross-functionally, incl. with Product and Engineering teams, to align messaging and drive execution of high-visibility strategic initiatives.
Ensure consistency and clarity of narrative across different executive touchpoints, adapting to evolving business priorities and senior leadership needs.
Leverage market intelligence and stakeholder feedback to continuously refine positioning and content effectiveness.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
7+ years of experience in the software industry. 5+ years of Consulting, Strategy, Finance, or Sales experience, preferably related to Technology.
Proven track record of supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience crafting and designing presentations for executives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights in structured formats.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional project management skills. Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive strong work-back plans.
Experience working in a matrixed environment; strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to lead coordination across stakeholders.
Ability to manage through ambiguity – must be a self-starter with an innate ability to think outside of the box.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $162,600 - $284,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
