Modern application development practices—Agile DevOps, cloud deployment, microservices, and open-source technologies—have revolutionized delivery speed and complexity. However, these advancements have also left Cloud Center of Excellence grappling with fragmented tools and manual processes across operations, cost management and security. The result? Limited visibility into cloud spend, inconsistent governance, and an ever-expanding attack surface.
ServiceNow is redefining this paradigm. Our platform consolidates critical CloudOps and security functionalities—including Application Security Posture Management (ASPM), Unified Vulnerability Management, CloudOps Orchestration, and Continuous Compliance—into a unified, single-pane-of-glass solution. By reducing tooling complexity and eliminating alert fatigue, enterprises can streamline cloud compliance, cut costs, and secure their cloud infrastructure.
About the Role
As the Director of Product Management for Cloud Solutions, you will lead the definition, development, and go-to-market strategies for our Cloud Solutions platform. This high-impact, visible role requires strong collaboration across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, UX, Customer Success, and Support to drive the success of ServiceNow’s innovative cloud security and operations solutions.
What You’ll Do
· Act as the voice of the customer, owning the user experience and driving product enhancements in collaboration with other PM leaders.
· Define product specifications, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria, working closely with engineering teams.
· Collaborate with engineering teams to plan, prioritize, and execute product release cycles.
· Analyze the competitive landscape, identify opportunities for differentiation, and address market disruptions.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 8+ years of experience in product management with SaaS or cloud-based products.
- 5+ years of experience in security, cloud ops software.
- Solid understanding of popular security tools such as Wiz, Tenable, Checkmarx, Snyk, Palo Alto Prisma Cloud, and more.
- Strong knowledge of cloud operations and cost management products such as Flexera, Cloud Health.
- Proficient in cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
- Understanding of pricing of Cloud Products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $207,300 - $362,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
