Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
Product strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the overall vision of the enterprise architecture.
- Define the product roadmap, prioritize features and ensure timely delivery of high quality releases.
Market analysis:
- Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs and industry best practices.
- Use insights to inform product decisions and drive innovation.
Customer Experience:
- Champion the customer experience by actively engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive, user-friendly and value-driven solutions.
Product Launch and Adoption:
- Lead the successful launch of new products and features, including go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns and sales support.
- Drive product adoption and usage through effective communication and training programs.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 5+ years of software product management experience
- Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities
- Experience gathering and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
- Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
