Job Description

We’re looking for a versatile, experienced, entrepreneurial, and self-starter individual contributor for an opening on our team. In this role, you will focus on driving the strategic co- marketing planning and activation efforts with our for one of our top partners, both globally and working with regional marketing, sales and enablement leaders and teams.

You will create marketing co marketing strategies that increase awareness and set the marketing foundation for some of our most innovative platform partnerships for ServiceNow. You will be responsible for the marketing direction, creation, and execution of co-marketing strategies and comprehensive lead generation programs to drive NNACV, retention, cross-sell, upsell and key initiatives. In partnership with key channel leaders, global and regional marketing, partner, and product marketing teams, you’ll define and implement joint awareness and demand generation programs that drive long term business value.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Develop and manage the co-marketing strategy through to execution (campaigns, roundtables, digital marketing, events and more) to maximize pipeline, new logo’s and growth opportunities.
  • Work with ServiceNow channel teams to understand the demands of the business, gather insight and translate these business needs into marketing execution.
  • Build cross functional relationships within ServiceNow and the partners.
  • Ensure ongoing engagement to support business growth and partner satisfaction.
  • Develop and support metric collection, analysis and KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of programs and ROI of channel marketing strategy, initiatives, and programs.
  • Multi-Partner marketing relationship building, programs and opportunity execution to support new pipeline, pipeline growth and attainment.
  • Position may be remote or in office in North America time zone.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Extensive channel marketing experience, global preferred, working with executive level internal and external clients/partners.
  • Experience in program management, lead generation or B2B Marketing
  • Knowledge and experience of defining joint partnerships on both product and GTM fronts.
  • Awareness and understanding of the cloud and software marketing.
  • Ability to work with differing priorities, multiple projects, and virtual teams and partners, with excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in enterprise technology, data and analytics, SaaS, ISVs, Global, and Regional Sis.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Partner teams, Sales, Engineering, Product Management.
  • Experienced in creating compelling marketing content and marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent budget management and project tracking.
  • Experience working in a metrics-driven environment, with basic understanding of marketing to sales. funnel, business intelligence, and lead management processes and technologies.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, changing environments with the ability to drive progress and change.
  • Flexibility and a proven ability to work successfully in cross-functional environments.
  • Strong presentation, writing and communication skills required.
  • Preferred MBA or BA with significant experience.
