Who We Are:

At ServiceNow, our technology makes the world work for everyone, and our people make it possible. We move fast because the world can’t wait, and we innovate in ways no one else can for our customers and communities. By joining ServiceNow, you are part of an ambitious team of change makers who have a restless curiosity and a drive for ingenuity. We know that your best work happens when you live your best life and share your unique talents, so we do everything we can to make that possible. We dream big together, supporting each other to make our individual and collective dreams come true. The future is ours, and it starts with you.

What You’ll Do:

As a member of the Executive Communications team, you’ll help us bring to life our team’s goal to engage, inspire, and activate our various audiences. Everything moves quickly at a high-growth company, and we’re looking for someone to work across the many facets of our team. This includes leading operations for our team, acting as a project manager for our integrated communications plans and supporting our communications ecosystem and editorial strategy. In a nutshell, you’ll support the holistic ServiceNow integrated communications motion by writing compelling content and keeping things moving smoothly.

How You’ll Do It:

· Writing –You’ll write engaging stories for a variety of audiences, including C-suite and for our own ServiceNow employees. You’re comfortable in ghostwriting and sharing stories about leadership lessons, the importance of customer digital transformations, and how ServiceNow makes the world work better (to name a few!). You’re also comfortable creating pithy LinkedIn posts to share written assets/stories.

· Team operations and editorial support – As a jack of all trades, you will help improve our team processes and editorial management. And, you’ll measure success towards our team’s goals. This will include measuring engagement across all internal and external channels and connecting to business partner metrics that show where we’ve been and help us determine what’s next (this will all go into our quarterly metrics PowerPoint deck that you’ll help with).

· Project management – You’ll make sure work flows seamlessly as we execute against our integrated communication plans, including Global Field events.

If you’re hungry to build a career in executive communications, this is a great opportunity to develop world-class communications skills and practices with growth potential across the team and business.

Who You’ll Work With:

Our team works with the Employee Communications, Corporate Communications, and the office of Customer Outcomes. We’re laser-focused, yet flexible, and are always up for a new challenge. And most importantly, we’re fun. We don’t take ourselves too seriously.

Who you are:

You know how to create engaging communications assets – whether it’s for internal employees or C-suite audiences. You have good analytic and decision-making skills. Your strong communication skills help you influence others. You love trying new things and always come to the table with fun ideas. And, your writing is on fire.

· Cross-functional, global project experience

· Ability to innovate and produce creative, yet measurable results

· Resourceful and motivated communicator who can independently prioritize shifting workloads in a high-growth, ever-changing environment

· Excellent writer and verbal communicator—ability to write and tell great stories!
