Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Location: This role leads a global team and can be based in any major hub in AMER or EMEA.

Summary:

Salesforce is seeking a dynamic and transformational Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead the global Process Transformation (Regrello & Apromore) sales organization and serve as a key member of the AI Labs Leadership Team. This executive will own the growth strategy and commercial execution for the Process Transformation business, driving revenue growth, new customer acquisition, expansion, and scalable go-to-market motions globally. The CRO will play a critical role in shaping the future of the business, bringing together AI, data, and automation to redefine how customers optimize and transform their business processes.

The CRO will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leadership, helping define the business’s long-term growth strategy and strengthen Salesforce’s position for sustained market leadership. Success will require an unwavering customer focus, deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to translate strategy into disciplined execution across a complex, rapidly evolving organization.

The ideal candidate will bring enterprise-scale leadership, deep technical expertise in business process optimization, consultative nature, systematic builder, intellectual curiosity, commercial acumen, and exceptional organizational agility — with the ability to anticipate market shifts, align senior stakeholders, build and inspire high-performing teams, and accelerate growth in the era of the Agentic Enterprise.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the revenue strategy for Process Transformation, driving durable, predictable growth across customer acquisition, expansion, retention, and disciplined execution.
  • Shape and execute the go-to-market strategy, leveraging targeted industry plays, optimized account coverage, strategic partnerships, and differentiated market motions to accelerate growth and customer adoption.
  • Lead the evolution of the sales motion in the era of the agentic enterprise, helping customers harness AI, data, and automation to transform business processes, customer engagement, and growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, Chief Data Officers, and other senior business leaders, positioning Salesforce’s Business Process Optimization portfolio as a strategic platform for enterprise transformation and measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Alliances & Channels, Industry GTM, and Enablement to deliver a unified, outcome-oriented customer experience and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Own business performance and operating rigor, including forecasting, pipeline health, inspection, and performance management, providing clear, actionable insights to executive leadership.
  • Build and lead a high-performing organization, fostering a culture of accountability, customer obsession, and excellence while developing and retaining world-class talent.
  • Lead through organizational and market transformation, translating evolving business strategy into clear priorities, strong alignment, and decisive execution across the organization.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the Global CRO of AI Labs and the broader AI Labs Leadership Team, helping shape go-to-market priorities, investment decisions, organizational strategy, and critical initiatives that accelerate growth and scale the business.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 15+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience, ideally with deep expertise in AI transformation, process mining and optimization, agentic SaaS, and/or emerging technology, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, global revenue organizations. 3rd- or 4th-line leadership experience required.
  • Proven ability to lead complex business transformation at scale, including cultural change, operating model evolution, organizational design, and capability building.
  • Strong general management, strategic planning, and operational leadership capabilities, with a disciplined, metrics-driven approach to execution and business performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with customers and C-level executives, translating those relationships into strategic partnerships and loyal, referenceable customers.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership in complex, matrixed organizations, with the ability to create alignment and drive outcomes across product, marketing, customer success, and regional field organizations without direct authority.
  • Executive presence and commercial acumen, with the credibility and influence to engage customers, partners, and internal stakeholders at the highest levels.
  • Outstanding executive communication skills, with the ability to articulate a compelling vision, simplify complexity, and inspire action across customers, field teams, and senior leadership forums.
  • Proven track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining exceptional sales leaders and go-to-market talent in highly competitive markets.
  • Relentless curiosity, agility, and adaptability, with the ability to prioritize effectively, navigate ambiguity, anticipate market shifts, and drive impact in a fast-moving environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
