Dublin-based role with a flexible office model

Reporting to the Director, Cash, Intercompany and Indirect Tax, this role is responsible for supporting both the day-to-day execution and end-to-end process improvement initiatives across cash, intercompany and indirect tax while partnering closely with our Shared Services organisation to ensure operational excellence, strong controls and consistent process execution. The position integrates advanced global finance operations with innovative technology—utilizing Tableau for data interpretation and AI-enabled solutions to facilitate scalable process execution, high-level analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives across various business workstreams.

The successful candidate will combine strong accounting and finance process expertise with excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, supporting strategic initiatives including global expansion, new business models, system implementations, M&A activity and finance transformation.

What you will do:

  • Provide operational oversight and support for global cash, intercompany, and indirect tax close activities

  • Partner with Shared Services and regional Finance teams to resolve operational issues and drive consistent execution and improvement of global finance processes.

  • Support the delivery of strategic process improvement initiatives and transformation programmes across the cash, intercompany, and indirect tax functions.

  • Represent the Controllership organisation on operational workstreams for finance-led initiatives, partnering with Technology, Revenue Operations, and other business stakeholders to implement scalable processes.

  • Support global expansion activities, organisational changes and other strategic initiatives by assisting with operational readiness, process implementation and ongoing process support.

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen controls and leverage automation and AI-enabled solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards to monitor operational performance, visualize complex cash and tax metrics, track intercompany balances, and surface risk indicators in real time.

  • Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures and internal controls to support a robust global operating model.

  • Monitor operational performance, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and partner with Shared Services to implement sustainable process enhancements.

  • Support finance transformation programmes, system implementations and other technology-enabled initiatives impacting the Cash, Intercompany and Indirect Tax organisation.

  • Build strong collaborative relationships across Finance, Shared Services and ance operational efficiency and strengthen controls.

  • Proven ability or strong passion for integrating AI tools (e.g., generative AI models, automated workflows, AI assistants) into daily work to streamline analysis, improve data accuracy, and speed up decision-making.

  • Hands-on experience using Tableau to analyze, interpret, and visually present complex financial datasets to stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated, collaborative and adaptable, with a proactive approach to delivering results in a dynamic global environment.cross-functional business teams, acting as a trusted partner to drive operational excellence and support business growth.

Who you are:

  • CPA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.

  • Relevant post-qualified experience within Accounting, Finance, Controllership or Tax in a multinational organisation or Big Four environment.

  • Experience working with Shared Services organisations and global finance operations.

  • Strong understanding of accounting processes, with exposure to cash operations, intercompany accounting and/or indirect tax.

  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects, finance transformation initiatives or process improvement programmes.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across global teams.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for continuous improvement and leveraging technology, automation and AI to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen controls.

  • Self-motivated, collaborative and adaptable, with a proactive approach to delivering results in a dynamic global environment.
