About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
We are looking for a Manager, Business Operations to help drive large-scale impact and transform our business and technology processes across the ANZ region. You will partner and work directly with cross-functional organisations company-wide — including our Sales Development, product, engineering and leadership teams, our Business Technology teams, and business partner groups — to design and implement process and systems solutions that transform the way we do business. You'll use your knowledge and skills to define and drive the execution of key initiatives and communicate business impact. Your ability to measure and act on data will be an essential aspect of the role. Your experience will bring a strong sense of forward-looking vision, clear judgement in managing risk, driving deliverables, and making adjustments when needed to stay on track as we align operational processes to our Sales Development GTM strategy across Australia and New Zealand!
- Lead: functional business and design requirements. Deliver with radical transparency. Be the "Go To" for leadership, transparency, and visibility across the programme.
- Drive: people across multiple teams to stay focused and moving forward on strategic goals, while aggressively managing dependencies and removing obstacles that stand in the way.
- See: around corners and anticipate risks. Find and resolve issues before they become blockers — particularly within the fast-moving ANZ Sales Development landscape.
- Partner: drive healthy relationships with diverse business, technical and non-technical stakeholders spanning all organisational levels across ANZ and global teams. Leverage your relationships to ensure innovative business and technical solutions.
- Influence: a diverse set of stakeholders through excellent relationship-building and a commitment to driving sound decisions that support ANZ Sales Development growth.
- Innovate: and contribute to the evolution of our advancing Technology strategy across the company and ANZ region.
- Be: a catalyst for change and challenge others in the organisation to adapt and grow.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and its technology, infrastructure processes and lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment.
- Execute strategic roadmaps, aligning with organisational objectives and priorities — with a lens on ANZ Sales Development goals.
- Ability to collaborate, implement, and manage performance and expectations within a cross-functional, matrix management environment.
- Ability to translate sophisticated processes into clear recommendations, using data to generate insights and drive outcomes.
- Build and manage repeatable and scalable enablement programmes and strategies for your audiences.
- Work closely with Leadership to develop enablement material for our internal and external audiences across the ANZ region.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple programmes simultaneously, building appropriate relationships, processes, and tools.
- Outstanding organisational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration; able to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrix management environment.
- Strong aptitude to pick up new technologies and methodologies quickly.
- Energetic self-starter who is passionate about professional integrity and excellence, with a positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail-oriented delivery.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you take on multiple responsibilities and do what it takes to get things done.
- Knowledge of common PM tools (Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Google Docs, Lucidchart or other process documentation software).
- Exhibit curiosity, vision, business judgement, flexibility, and the ability to drive quality cross-functional deliverables.
- Desire to partner with technology and business teams to define strategy and requirements, scope, and shepherd initiatives through to completion.
