About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support our Legal and Corporate Affairs (LCA) team. In this role, you will partner directly with our SVP Chief Compliance Officer and up to two other senior leaders. You will act as a trusted resource for the team, helping everyone stay connected and aligned with our V2MOM goals.

We need a proactive partner who understands our company structure, handles changing priorities with ease, and is comfortable giving honest feedback to leaders. You will join a fast-moving team that protects Salesforce and helps our company do the right thing every day.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
Your main goal is to manage our leaders' time and tools efficiently so they can focus on their biggest priorities. Here is what your regular responsibilities will look like:

  • Calendar and Meeting Ownership: You will manage complex calendars based on Executive preferences, resolve conflicts, and build in breaks. You will set agendas, take notes, and track action items. You will also use independent judgment to reduce or consolidate meetings when necessary.

  • Inbox Management: You will manage and triage executive inboxes, prioritising urgent correspondence and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Executive Communications Support: You will support executives with Slack communications, including sending messages on their behalf and managing their presence across key channels.

  • Virtual Meeting Management: You will set up and manage virtual meetings across platforms, ensuring a smooth experience for all participants.

  • AI Adoption and Innovation: You will act as a champion for early adoption by utilizing the latest AI and automation capabilities available to us at Salesforce. You will use these tools daily to work smarter, draft communications, and find new ways to make the team more efficient.

  • Travel and Expense Management: You will plan smooth, cost-effective travel itineraries and submit accurate expense reports using Concur, ensuring everything follows our Global Travel & Expense Policy.

  • Procurement and Budgets: You will raise Purchase Orders (POs) using Coupa and navigate our updated procurement systems. You will track spending for team events, work with our Finance Partners, and manage vendor records.

  • Project and Event Planning: You will lead team projects, set timelines, and organize both in-person and virtual team events. You will partner with teams like Techforce, Meetingforce, and REWS to get things done.

  • Relationship Building: You will develop strong relationships across Salesforce, building a personal network that helps you get things done quickly and effectively on behalf of your executives.

  • Team Coverage: As part of a collaborative Admin team, you will support and be supported by your LCA Admin colleagues during periods of PTO and sickness, ensuring continuity of support across the team.

  • Other duties as requested by your executives or the broader LCA Admin team.

The Impact You'll Make: By championing AI capabilities and keeping our leaders organized, you will help our legal team work faster and smarter. You will lead initiatives within our internal Admin community, act as a Trail Guide for new hires, and help shape a positive team culture.

You’re Our Person If:

  • Location: This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office. McLean, VA or the Washington, D.C. area is preferred.

  • Experience: You have 5 or more years of experience as an Executive Assistant.

  • AI Fluency: You are excited about utilizing Salesforce AI capabilities to increase your daily productivity and are eager to experiment with new automated workflows.

  • Executive Partnership: You display confidence and diplomacy when working with senior leaders. You are comfortable managing up, offering strategic time-management solutions, and delivering difficult feedback when needed.

  • Trust and Discretion: You have excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a proven ability to handle highly confidential compliance and legal information safely.

  • Relationship Management: You are a natural relationship builder who can develop a strong personal network across the company to get things done.

  • Customer-Centric Orientation: You put people first and approach every interaction with a service mindset, whether supporting your executives or your broader team.
