About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
As a Platform Account Executive for Public Sector & NGO across EMEA South, you'll join our Platform Specialist Sales team and serve as a trusted advisor to government agencies, public institutions, and non-governmental organizations. You'll partner closely with Core Account Executives to unlock the value of Salesforce Platform — including Data Security, Governance, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Agentforce — helping mission-critical organizations innovate securely and at scale.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Develop and maintain a dynamic Territory Plan while collaborating with Core Account Executives to identify and progress Platform opportunities across Public Sector and NGO accounts.
Build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders — including C-level engagement — navigating complex procurement frameworks and compliance requirements unique to government and non-profit environments.
Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, exceeding quota for Platform Cloud products while sharing relevant customer success stories to demonstrate value.
Enable and align internal teams, Salesforce Partners, and Consultants to effectively identify, qualify, and progress Platform opportunities in your territory.
You're Our Person If...
You have a proven track record of meeting sales targets and navigating complex deal cycles in SaaS, with experience selling into Enterprise accounts.
You bring strong knowledge across Data Security, Compliance, Governance, DevOps, and Business Continuity — either through direct sales experience or deep subject matter familiarity.
You are fluent in English and proficient in at least one of the following: Italian, Spanish, or French, enabling effective engagement across EMEA South markets.
You demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to develop and execute territory strategies independently.
Even Better If...
You have prior experience selling into Public Sector organizations or NGOs, with familiarity with procurement frameworks and regulatory constraints in Italian, Spanish, or French markets.
You have experience collaborating in a specialist or overlay sales model alongside core account teams.
Unleash Your Potential
When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
