Sr. Director, Global CoE Standardization Lead

Role Description
Salesforce Professional Services delivers high-impact, strategic programs that drive transformation for our customers. Within the Professional Services CoE, our mission is to define a global gold standard for how large-scale programs are shaped, scoped, and governed.
We are building a model that is not only consistent and scalable, but also ready for an AI-driven, agent-enabled future of services delivery.

We are looking for a leader who will act as the architect of our global services model.


In this role, you will:

  • Define and own the global standards and rules for scoping, estimation aligned with bid metrics, and contract design

  • Build a modular, configurable core model that can be applied consistently across all programs over $1M

  • Replace fragmented, ad-hoc solutioning with a predictable, scalable, and AI-enabled delivery approach

  • Single point of contact for field feedback for process or methodology improvements

You will lead a continuous improvement cycle (“shape to learn”), working closely with:

  • AI agents

  • Solution advisors

  • to ensure our model evolves based on real deal and delivery insights.

  • Establish standard program patterns, workstreams, and control points across:

  • Transformation programs

  • Multi-cloud implementations

  • Agentic / AI-led solutions

  • Custom builds

  • Lead the Agent Ecosystem

  • Define how AI agents are used in:

  • Scoping

  • Estimation

  • Decision support

  • Ensure outputs are consistent, reliable, and aligned to global standards


Establish Governance - Design and enforce a global methodology that ensures:

  • Consistency

  • Quality

  • Risk control

  • Build processes that are scalable and easy to adopt


Drive Continuous Learning

  • Create a feedback loop from DAM network

  • Improve estimation, staffing, and delivery models based on actual outcomes

Build a Global Network

  • Partner with CoE advisors across AMERS, EMEA, and APAC to build a network of “design partners” from the field

  • Ensure standards are applied globally and adapted locally where needed


Act as a Strategic Leader

  • Align executive stakeholders

  • Drive adoption of the model across the field

  • Represent the CoE in key internal and external forums

Cross-Functional Collaboration
You will work closely with peer organizations to ensure standards are practical, adopted, and continuously improved:

  • GDC (Global Delivery Centers):

  • Align global standards with delivery realities. Ensure models are executable at scale and incorporate offshore delivery patterns.

  • Collaborate with product and industry practices to ensure standards reflect real solution patterns across all clouds and domains.

  • Integrate new tools, accelerators, and AI capabilities into the core model to continuously improve how we scope and deliver.

  • Align on risk,compliance, and approval frameworks to ensure global standards are enforced consistently without slowing down the business.

Minimum Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise architecture, consulting, or professional services leadership

  • Experience working with global delivery teams across regions and time zones

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, AI-driven orchestration

  • Proven ability to break down complex problems into simple, repeatable models

  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders in a global organization

  • 5–7 years leading teams or large programs

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills

  • Deep experience across the Salesforce multi-cloud ecosystem

  • Willingness to travel as needed

A Day in the Life
A typical day involves reviewing a high-value deal to ensure the scope and estimate align with global standards, working with regional advisors to resolve a complex scoping challenge, and refining the core model based on insights from recent project outcomes. You may also collaborate with the AI and data teams to improve how agents generate estimates, connect with stakeholders across regions to drive adoption, and help the field move faster with more confidence using the standardized approach.

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions.

The typical base salary range for this position is $181,700 - $304,700 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $218,100 - $332,600 annually.

The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
