About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the Role

The Strategic Technology Partnerships (STP) team at Salesforce drives market-defining alliances with hyperscalers like AWS and Google, and AI labs like OpenAI and Anthropic. As a Strategy & Data Senior Analyst, you'll sit at the center of how STP understands, measures, and grows its business — translating complex revenue and consumption data into clear insights that shape executive decisions. This role is for someone who doesn't just analyze problems but drives them through to impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the analysis and discovery of key sales performance and consumption metrics, including pipeline, bookings, and growth indicators

  • Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards and data visualizations that deliver revenue and consumption insights to leadership

  • Develop strategic recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analysis to support high-stakes decision making

  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product to curate data tables and evolve reporting infrastructure, accelerating time to insight using AI tools like Claude and Codex

  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Operations to align on success metrics, target setting, and partner telemetry

  • Monitor and analyze business trends and performance on an ongoing basis, surfacing actionable insights proactively

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience building and interpreting complex datasets in a GTM, Sales, or Product analytics context at a consulting firm or high-growth SaaS company; B2B experience preferred

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with demonstrated experience building models and analyzing complex datasets using Excel and/or Tableau

  • Ability to lead through ambiguity — prioritizing effectively, cutting through noise, and executing with limited information

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, including experience communicating with senior leaders and building executive-facing decks that convey actionable insight

  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, delivering high-quality, accurate work in fast-moving environments

  • A collaborative approach to working across teams — building trust, taking ownership, and bringing others along

Preferred Qualifications

  • SQL proficiency for data querying and exploration

  • Experience with Claude Code or similar AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate analysis

  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems, Hyperscaler GTM motions, or AI labs partnerships

  • Prior experience supporting C-suite or VP-level business reviews

  • Related degree or equivalent relevant experience
