Revenue Operations is hiring a Financial Systems Manager in the Account Receivable finance department. We are looking for a proven operational leader to join a dynamic team providing dedicated technical support to critical business functions. A successful candidate will be able to provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders. Maintain a standard of operational and documentation excellence. Effectively collaborate with business partners to deliver industry leading financial solutions.
Responsibilities:
Systems Management

Manage the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Revenue Operations needs.
System bug triage, business process support, technical advisory, business requirements gathering, SOX controls.
Provide expert level technical support, address user issues, troubleshoot problems and ensure timely resolution of system related incidents
Identify areas of improvement to increase process efficiencies and data integrity. Providing solutions in accordance with industry best practices and company policy.
Conduct key performance indicator (KPI) analysis and provide operational reporting to leadership
Operational Management
Provide overall direction and set objectives for the accounts receivable AR and Collections system operations
Review and approve system changes in accordance with industry and Salesforce standards
Engage with cross-functional teams to provide technical advisory, business requirements gathering
Support large company projects and other initiatives that impact Revenue Operations systems.
Work closely with IT and other business units to execute new technology or functionality implementations.
Documentation and Training
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for supported systems and procedures
Provide mentoring and guidance for team members. As well as participate in structured training for end users.
Qualifications
Technical and Analytical Skills
In-depth understanding and hands on experience with Salesforce Service, Sales and Marketing Cloud administration.
Proficient in SOQL/SQL query languages. Strong data analysis skills, including visualization tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with Salesforce platform’s development and APEX language. Basic concepts of object oriented programming and cloud technologies.
Attention to detail to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
Ability to evaluate end to end solutions for effectiveness, risk and operational integrity.
Communication and Collaboration
Strong communication management skills. Ability to centralize and distribute relevant information based on operational needs
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Education and Experience Required
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on theValues & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
4 years of technical support experience
3 years of operations management experience
Salesforce Administration Certification
Preferred
Additional higher education in information technology or business administration
Salesforce Service, Sales or Marketing Cloud certifications
