This role will be responsible for defining and driving the industry marketing strategy, focusing on building high-impact programs and campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation within key market segments.

Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across key industries to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Marketing, and Digital to align marketing efforts with business goals.

  • Identify and prioritize target segments and develop tailored value propositions.

Program & Campaign Management

  • Design, implement, and manage end-to-end marketing programs, including webinars, events, digital campaigns, and content initiatives.

  • Manage the program budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.

Sales Enablement & Collaboration

  • Partner with the Sales team to develop sales tools, messaging, and collateral that support the sales cycle.

  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure lead follow-up and tracking.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing-related inquiries from the Sales organization.

Content & Messaging

  • Oversee the creation of industry-specific content, including white papers, case studies, and blog posts.

  • Ensure all marketing communications are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on industry or program marketing.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
