About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Salesforce is looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to own two critical motions for the Agentforce Marketing business: social media and product release communications. This role sits at the intersection of content creation, community engagement, and product enablement — and is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, loves social-first storytelling, and can project manage complex cross-functional programs with ease.

What You'll Do

Social Media

  • Develop the strategic vision for Agentforce Marketing's social presence, translating marketing priorities into engaging, platform-native content

  • Manage the always-on social calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter)

  • Create social-first content including videos, memes, carousels, and other creative formats

  • Actively engage with comments and maintain a real-time pulse on social and community sentiment

  • Manage the creation and execution of LinkedIn Live events

  • Build custom social plans for key events and product launches to maximize awareness and education

  • Collaborate with PMMs, SEs, Creative, and other stakeholders to bring helpful, inspiring, and educational content to life

  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes — and adapt content strategy accordingly

  • Coordinate joint posting plans with other Salesforce social teams as needed

  • Manage the full cycle of boosted and paid posts on LinkedIn

  • Support executive social presence through strategy, copywriting, and video editing

  • Own the creation of employee social posting recommendations

Release Marketing

  • Lead the creation of Agentforce Marketing-specific enablement materials and processes for every product release, in coordination with internal release teams

  • Curate internal and external Agentforce Marketing release highlights decks, partnering with PMMs and product teams

  • Organize and promote the Agentforce Marketing Release Webinar each cycle — including speaker and content coordination, registration tracking, and post-event playback communications

  • Develop blog posts, release notes, and social promotional content for key features in each release

  • Serve as a connector between PMMs, Product, Customer Success, and other teams to support internal Q&A and alignment

What We're Looking For

  • Strong time and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams

  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently across diverse stakeholder groups

  • A creative eye and strategic vision for social-first content

  • Ability to distill complex corporate narratives into compelling, platform-appropriate messaging

  • Proficiency in creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere, or Figma

  • Experience with Sprout Social and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
