Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Engagement
- Account Executive 및 Customer Success Manager와 협력하여 Opportunity 초기 단계부터 고객 요구사항을 파악하고 Professional Services 솔루션을 제안
- 고객의 비즈니스 목표와 기술적 요구사항을 분석하여 최적의 Delivery 방법론 및 범위(Scope) 설계
- SOW(Statement of Work), Project Proposal 및 Effort Estimation 작성
Project Delivery & Management
- Salesforce 구현 프로젝트의 전반적인 Delivery 계획 수립 및 실행 관리
- 프로젝트 리스크, 이슈, 범위 변경(Scope Change)을 선제적으로 식별하고 관리
- 고객 경영진(C-Level) 및 핵심 이해관계자와 정기적인 소통을 통한 관계 유지 및 신뢰 구축
- 내외부 팀(AE, CSM, SA, 파트너사)과의 협업 조율
Customer Success & Value Realization
- 고객이 Salesforce 투자에서 최대의 비즈니스 가치와 ROI를 실현할 수 있도록 지원
- 프로젝트 완료 이후 확장 가능한 추가 기회 발굴 및 Renewal/Expansion 지원
- 고객 만족도(CSAT) 및 프로젝트 성공 지표 관리
Thought Leadership & Practice Development

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 7년 이상의 IT 컨설팅, 프로젝트 관리 또는 Pre-Sales 관련 경험
- Salesforce 플랫폼(Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud 등) 또는 주요 엔터프라이즈 솔루션에 대한 이해
- 엔터프라이즈 고객 대상 복잡한 프로젝트 범위 정의 및 Proposal 작성 경험
- 고객 경영진(C-Level) 커뮤니케이션 및 프레젠테이션 역량
- 비즈니스 수준의 한국어 및 영어 구사 능력
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce 공인 자격증 보유 (Administrator, Consultant, Architect 트랙 등)
- Agentforce, Slack, Tableau, MuleSoft 등 Salesforce 솔루션 포트폴리오에 대한 이해
- PMP, PMI-ACP 또는 Agile 방법론 관련 자격증 보유
- 금융, 제조, 공공 등 주요 산업 도메인 경험
- 글로벌 팀 및 파트너 생태계와의 협업 경험

Job Description (English)
Why This Role is Exciting & Meaningful
Salesforce Korea is at the forefront of our customers' digital transformation journeys. As an Engagement Manager, you will partner with customers from the earliest stages of the sales cycle — going beyond technical implementation to serve as a strategic partner who drives real business outcomes.
This is the first-ever Engagement Manager role established in Korea, making it a unique opportunity to shape the future of Professional Services at Salesforce Korea. Working hand-in-hand with our sales and delivery teams, you will identify customer needs early, design the right solutions, and build delivery plans that create direct impact on customer success and business growth.
Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Engagement
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to understand customer needs from the earliest stages of an Opportunity and propose Professional Services solutions
- Analyze customer business goals and technical requirements to design optimal delivery methodologies and project scope
- Develop Statements of Work (SOW), Project Proposals, and Effort Estimations
Project Delivery & Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery planning and execution management for Salesforce implementation projects
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and scope changes
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer C-level executives and key stakeholders through regular, structured communication
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across internal and external teams (AE, CSM, SA, and partners)
Customer Success & Value Realization
- Guide customers to maximize business value and ROI from their Salesforce investment
- Identify expansion opportunities post-project completion and support Renewal and Expansion motions
- Manage customer satisfaction (CSAT) and project success metrics
Thought Leadership & Practice Development
- Contribute to the development of Professional Services methodologies, best practices, and industry-specific insights
- Share knowledge and mentor team members to strengthen overall team capabilities
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in IT consulting, project management, or pre-sales
- Understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, etc.) or major enterprise solutions
- Proven experience defining scope and writing proposals for complex enterprise projects
- Strong executive (C-level) communication and presentation skills
- Business-level proficiency in both Korean and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Consultant, or Architect tracks)
- Familiarity with the Salesforce solution portfolio including Agentforce, Slack, Tableau, and MuleSoft
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Agile methodology certification
- Domain expertise in key industries such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Public Sector
- Experience collaborating with global teams and partner ecosystems
