Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Are you a creative communicator with a knack for building great relationships with leaders and partners? Do you enjoy turning the mundane into magic and know just the right way to engage and inspire employees? Are you ready to build the next generation of communication and engagement using Agentic AI? Do you love fun? If you answered yes to all of these questions, you might be what we’re looking for in our next Senior Manager, International Corporate Communications.
This role is part of our dynamic International Corporate Communications team and will focus on employee and executive communications. We're seeking a seasoned Internal and Executive Communications expert to lead the charge in this important role.
This role will craft and deliver employee communications for key parts of our EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) business, help connect employees and senior leaders, facilitate dialogue with employees, help position Salesforce and our leaders on LinkedIn, and inspire action. You will support key parts of our Distribution (Sales) organisation in EMEA, and contribute to other key projects with our partners and stakeholders.
This role isn’t for everyone, and we’re looking for a special blend of strategic thinker and creative doer who thrives when collaborating with diverse teams in a fast-paced and complex environment. You'll need to be organised and flexible, a skilled wordsmith, an ace at stakeholder management, a superstar teammate, and a solution-oriented innovator. Being comfortable having multiple projects on the go, navigating the complexities of a global organisation, an eagerness to learn, and being at your best in a fast-paced culture will help you succeed in this role.
In return, you'll join a strong, international team dedicated to driving communications that connect, engage, and empower our employees. We foster a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture in an organisation that's consistently recognised as one of the world’s best workplaces.
Responsibilities:
Executive Communications: Provide strategic guidance and communication strategy/support for key EMEA leaders including our EMEA Small and Medium Business (SMB) and EMEA North (interim). Primary focus will be on employee communications with some external comms, as required, in partnership with our PR teams. Cross functional partnership in support of executives will be a key element of success.
Operating Unit (OU) Communications: Partner with the Sr. Director, International Employee Communications and OU Comms leads to support key OU Comms programs including thought leadership, culture narrative, LinkedIn, employer brand, and management of events including Town Halls/All Org Calls.
International Employee Comms Hub: Contribute to the International Employee Comms Hub (our CoE) on an ongoing or project basis, as required/capacity allows. This may include EMEA focused communications including partnering with Employee Success (HR) and other functional teams on planning and executing their respective key communications. Key areas of support will include change and business transformation initiatives, ensuring employees are well-informed and prepared for changes within the organisation.
International & Local Impact: Support wider International and Global Employee Comms initiatives, campaigns, and activities as required. As this role is based in Dublin, the individual will partner with/support up our Ireland Comms Lead as required.
Experience/skills required:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal or employee communications.
10+ years of overall experience in marketing, communications, or a related discipline — experience in a high-tech or other fast-paced, disruptive environment a plus.
A brilliant communicator and highly creative writer experienced in crafting compelling messaging and narratives. Can generate and execute "breakout" ideas and comms strategies.
Strong experience in an omni-channel comms approach across written, video, events, social, and more.
Proven track record developing and executing creative communications plans.
Ability to quickly grasp information across disciplines, industries, and products to create clear comms.
Experience building strong working partnerships with HR / other G&A functions.
Ability to lead/execute multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and nimble environment.
Strategic thinker with proven ability to work cross-functionally, exerting influence without direct authority.
Dynamic, charismatic, confident personality who can drive projects with minimal guidance.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and re-prioritise on the fly.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proactive, independent, and results-oriented.
Strong team player with a positive attitude.
Must love fun.
