About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the Role:

Salesforce is looking for a VP, Growth to accelerate global Commerce Cloud sales. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for a seasoned enterprise growth leader who thrives at the intersection of strategic deals, executive relationships, and cross-functional influence. You will own pipeline generation and ACV outcomes across global markets while serving as a senior customer-facing voice for Commerce Cloud.

What You'll Do:

Pipeline & Revenue

  • Drive global Commerce Cloud pipeline and bookings, owning ambitious ACV targets across new logo, expansion, and renewal motions. Identify and pursue high-value growth opportunities across verticals and geographies, partnering with regional sales leaders to prioritize and close. Develop go-to-market plays in close collaboration with Operating Units, and translate market signals into repeatable revenue strategies.

Partner & Ecosystem Development

  • Build and deepen strategic relationships with system integrators, ISVs, and commerce ecosystem partners to expand Salesforce's reach and accelerate deal velocity. Co-develop joint GTM initiatives with partners that drive qualified pipeline and strengthen Commerce Cloud's competitive position. Serve as a key liaison between partner organizations and Salesforce product and market teams.

Executive Relationship Building

  • Engage directly with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders at prospects and customers to understand their commerce transformation needs and position Salesforce as the platform of choice. Act as a trusted advisor through the full sales cycle, from discovery through negotiation and close. Represent Commerce Cloud at industry events, executive briefings, and strategic customer engagements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Operate as connective tissue across the Commerce Cloud ecosystem, with primary partnerships centered on the product team and OU leaders. With product, serve as the field's voice back to the Commerce Cloud roadmap — bringing structured feedback from customer conversations, competitive dynamics, and lost deal analysis to influence prioritization, and participating in planning cycles and launch readiness to ensure the field can sell what's being built. With OU leaders, co-develop territory and account plans, support deal pursuits with Commerce Cloud expertise, and ensure quota-bearing sellers have the enablement, messaging, and executive backing needed to compete and win. This role requires the ability to influence without authority, navigate organizational complexity, and keep teams with different incentives aligned toward shared growth outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

Candidates will have 12+ years of enterprise SaaS sales or growth experience, with a demonstrated track record of exceeding ACV targets in complex, multi-stakeholder selling environments. Strong command of the digital commerce landscape is strongly preferred. You bring deep experience building executive-level relationships and closing strategic deals, and are comfortable operating as a self-directed individual contributor without a team reporting to you. Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and partner ecosystems is essential.
