As a member of the Certification Operations team, you will play a critical role in upholding the global value and integrity of Salesforce credentials. Our team is dedicated to our number one value—Trust—by ensuring that our certification program operates with the highest level of consistency, fairness, and data accuracy.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, high-energy self-starter who excels at investigative workflows and process optimization. In this role, you will ensure that our certifications remain the gold standard in the industry. You will gain experience interacting with stakeholders across multiple regions, ensuring that our program scales securely and consistently.
In this role you will:
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop, maintain, and centralize a comprehensive SOP library to standardize knowledge sharing and ensure consistent global program operations.
Process Optimization: Identify and address inefficiencies within existing operational workflows by proposing and documenting scalable solutions to drive continuous improvement.
Program Integrity & Compliance: Enforce adherence to program policies, conducting necessary analysis and executing actions to safeguard the value of our professional credentials.
Operational Support for Strategy: Handle essential operational tasks and documentation, thereby enabling the wider team to focus on strategic program growth and emerging industry trends.
Candidate Support: Efficiently manage and provide timely, professional resolution for all candidate inquiries.
Role Requirements
1-2 years minimum of business experience in operations, compliance, or program support.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Proven analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in critical thinking, planning, and organizing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to draft clear procedural documentation.
Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues within a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Requirements
Software industry experience and knowledge of cloud-based applications.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/macOS) and system configuration settings.
Experience with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards.
Experience with Slack and the creation of basic automated workflows.
Experience with data analysis in Microsoft Excel (e.g., vlookups and pivot tables).
Interest or experience in technical audits, vulnerability assessments, or analyzing how systems can be navigated or optimized.
Basic understanding of information security principles or digital forensics is a plus.
